I ordered a sisig paella at SP Steak and Paella at the Food Hall of Mega Fashion Hall. I expected a little bit more as Paella is one of my favorite dishes. I was hoping for a crunchy sisig that can provide more texture to my meal but it was the exact opposite, it had a somewhat bubble gum like chewiness to it and the oil was everywhere. The taste was a bit bland too. The rice on the other hand did not have the savory rice flavor. The cooked rice grains seemed to disperse. But maybe I shouldn't expect too much for paella that costs a little over 150. Service was ok.

Direct insult to Jambalaya!I think they only use instant powder for the Jambalaya. It's just ordinary, "buhaghag" rice with a little bit of taste. It is nowhere near being a Jambalaya.Toppings are pure breading and too little. Don't get hooked with their images and food description on the menu.

The reason why we tried out Sp Steak and Paella is because we thought it would be like a Paella. Turns out it wasn't. I had the Lenten Special which was Cream of Dory. It was okay but my friend had the Steak which was dry and i thought it could use some sauce like bbq sauce. It came with a sauce that looks like aligue or the meat of a crab. I tasted it it wasn't okay. It was disappointing.

We tried some of their food but it's nothing special. The Ice tea have too much sugar on it. I ordered well done but they gave me a meat that texture is like a rubber.. Good presentation not the taste.

Ordered the liempo with jambalaya rice and got disappointed. Dry ung pork, masyadong sticky ung rice, tapos may side pa na hndi maintindhan kung chili o crab paste, sana barbecue sauce na lang

S/P at the SM Mega Hall Foodcourt caught our attention and we ordered one of their Special Paellas: the Marinara Con Todo La Carne (topped with pork liempo chicken bbq and beef albondigas). The Paella served in a sizzling pan looked a bit oily but was too dry when eaten. Flavor was also lacking. It maybe acceptable for someone who craves for it at that instant but a sure disappointment for a true Paella lover.The red-tiled stall looked clean and attractive with friendly staff. However, as with the other stalls in the area, they don't give out service water which was not normal nor expected for a food establishment anywhere.

Not good at all! Food is tasteless yet its expensive as it is priced at 215 pesos. Not worth it! Just Instagram worthy.I wouldn't want to recommend this to anyone.

I have only eaten here once and it was okay. The one thing that I tried was their con todo la carne, nothing special about the taste of this dish. I would give it a 3 for the taste and for the price.

Meat day! So we stopped by Fashion Food hall at Mega. Ordered Porterhouse Marinara rice (215Php), the meat was bitin and for the rice it was ok.

I ordered the Paella Vegetariana w Roasted Bell Pepper sauce for P135.00. Hefty serving size and generous amount of toppings, this is good enough for sharing but taste wise, nothing really special.
