I love their new frost temptations! My favorite will be the taro with cream cheese frost! I love pairing it with chicken chops and tofu! That to me is comfort food after a long day of work! You guys should try the rest of the frost temptations! It was really good! 😊❤️

We like heading to this branch whenever we’re in Megamall. Love that even if it’s a small branch, there are quite a number of seats where you can relax, rest, take a break from walking and shopping in Megamall and enjoy your drink and snacks.My favorite drink is Hokkaido with pearls when it comes to milk tea and Lychee Yakult for something more refreshing. And my favorite snack is the Pepper Corn! But everything is actually good and cooked upon order so served hot & fresh like the chicken chop (yummy too!) and pepper tofu.One thing I don’t like about this branch though is that during our recent visits that we have been dining in, there are always girls entering the seating area, which is way inside past the counter/ cashier, who go from one table to the other soliciting donations (I did not get to read exactly what they were asking money for because I didn’t want to engage) but I felt very uncomfortable every time that happened. I just don’t think it is the right venue to solicit even if, benefit of the doubt, it is for a good cause or for charity. Mentioning this since a complete review encompasses not only the food & drinks but also the place & ambience, the staff / service and the whole experience altogether. 😉

I love Serenitea's Okinawa Milk Tea and I always pair it with panna cotta. This branch is cozy and has comfy dining area, however, the service was really slow during our visit

I waited for my drinks soooo long. It turns out some of the people who queue behind me receive theirs earlier than mine. When I ask the staff why it was so, I received just a grin in her face! ... not cool.

I expected Thai Milk Teas to be sweet so I ordered it at 0% sugar. It was too bland a fix, so I opted to make them add 100% sugar but it was never the same. Their Thai milk Tea is best at 100% sugar, with Frost. Despite this they were very accommodating to make my drink experience better.A while ago, (October 12, 2018) they launched their Brown sugar with Harvey fresh milk and pearls. (Holly milk got out of stock) I love the taste at 50%. Since I was thirsty, maybe I should have bought two and did not put pearl on the other one. Hooked on Milk 🥛 Tea 🍵Really .... can’t wait for future new milk teas in store for me. This one is one of the light tasted ones. Not too creamy but something new. The taste is not like the sweeter ones that really have the buttery taste.. so I like it too.

It was great for a first try. Tho I didn’t try the wintermelon milk tea, which I always do when trying out milk teas, I fell inlove with their ice cream shake especially the taro snow. Will definitely try other drinks.

Last week, I met with my college friend in Megamall. We just wanted something quick to eat. And yes, we have the same thing in mind: Serenitea. We had the best ever milk tea flavor: Okinawa (P90, for regular/ P100 for Large) brown sugar taste.. sooo good. And we had snacks: Pepper Tofu with crispy basil (P77) and Pepper Corn (P77)Verdict: favorite. cheap. thrills 😊 this place also got the snack that I dearly enjoy.

September 6, 2018 I had a chance to try out 3 flavors. Taro lover, Matcha Latte & Matcha Cocoa Frost.Quantity : Typical, the smallest is enough to have a good taste.Quality & Taste : I am one who prefers less sweet more flavors. 2 out of the 3 was too sweet for me. The 3rd was also sweet but the strong bitter flavor (w/c I like) toned down the sweetness somewhat. I can't recall which of the 2 matcha is the less sweet though, haha. Best guess would be the cocoa variant.Price & Overall : Pricing is comparable to similar shops. Disclaimer, I am a coffee person that tries out teas from time to time. Overall rating is average.
