I ordered the Uji Pyramid Slush (₱155, large). Ok sana pero hahahaha a bit too sweet for me, considering I chose 50% sugar level. I like the vanilla ice cream tho! Next time I will order it at 25% sugar level or sugar-free. 🌿

I’ve never tried their spicy squid ‘til today. The spices for their Spicy Squid just fits and I hope I ordered it with rice instead. Mexican Chicken wings were a little dry and their Wintermelon Milk Tea is not up to par with my palette. Ambiance and seating was great and enough for about 30-40 customers.

..first, what I like the most with this shop is that you have a lot of option of sinkers to choose from, compare to the other which is black pearl....try their panna cotta or their pudding (which is more tastier than Dakasi's)....anyway, for the review on their drinks. I've ordered the Emperor Tea, so based on their website, it is the combination of caramel in creamy milk with the strong taste of milk, can't tell if I really taste the caramel, but then this drink indeed, the tea is more empowered than the milk plus the caramel....the next one was the Jasmine Tea, really really really soothing floral taste. is this a kind of magic where the scent comes from, it looks like you are drinking milk tea with a sampaguita on your nose, guys better to taste this one....so why only 4 stars? the issue for me is the ice they, very slow to melt, yeah having a lot of ice makes your drink more cooler, but on the other side it also makes the taste, the sweetness getting lower, you can either distinguished the taste at all, even if the sugar level was full, maybe upon request, can be less ice too..

This branch of Serenetea is very poor in service and delivery. I have ordered from this store a couple of times now and the staff comes off so unpleasant and rude to the point that it took them 20 minutes to serve me my drink. There was only three other people in the store when i was there and all of them got their orders in less than 10 minutes. I was literally in front of the counter as I watch my drink sit there for minutes with its lid on waiting for the staff to hand it to me with a straw. I deliberately did not ask them to give me my drink as I saw it get off the sealer to see if they would mind the waiting customer by the counter. Instead of quickly handing it to me in arms reach, they literally talked by the register ignoring a waiting customer. It’s so frustrating because this branch has always been incompetent when it comes to service. Their food is either overcooked or the tapioca balls are undercooked. Shout out to the branch manager on the rather sub par customer experience people have to settle for.

Oh well, I go to Serenitea for their TOFU! Peppered Fried Tofu with Fried Basil Leaves is the way to go! Their Rice Meals and Chicken were also delicious and affordable!

I especially like their Pepper Tofu and their Milk tea Valentine blend.The place is really small, but nice. This is a good place to have snacks.I would like to experience faster serving of food, though.

After trying different kind of tea places, I prefer serenitea the most. The staff is always nice and the service is quick. I love their cranberry tea and my husband also likes their squid balls as a snack. Definitely a must try.

I had Jasmine MT (for yhe nth time) when I first tried Serenitea in Greenfield. It's yummy and affordable. I like the place. Especially the rainbow-inspired-neon-colored stairs. It felt like I was in a candy land. Ha-ha! This is the place where I got the limited edition 5-peso coins (as change). :)

I love their Okinawa Milktea and their chicken chops! Nice place, nice ambiance and very accomadative staff! A very nice place to chill and catch up with friends! :)

Im a fan of milktea, and Serenitea is one of the store offering the best milktea in town. I really love their Okinawa MT and their Wintermelon MT. I'm always craving for their delicious ChickenChops in which I think the best partner for their delicious milktea. Another thing, they have a free wifi. :)
