Sentosa has the best rotti appetizer with garlic and cheese curry as a dip, I could eat this for ages. Two main dishes I never get tired of ordering and those are the Kopi walnut spareribs and the black pepper noodles. The kopi walnut spareribs is actually a coffee based dish I find quite bold and just sensational. There's no bitterness in the meat but an actual sweet taste that's hard not to like. There's also their black pepper noodles which my family and I love sharing for an appetizer. It has a thick sauce with a lot of beef/chicken bits that will melt in your mouth. It's one of the best noodles I've actually ever had and I would totally order it the next time I come eat here in Sentosa.

I was craving for seafood and soup so I urged my friend to dine at Sentosa Shang before going to work. We liked their Seafood Roll (for appetizer) and Walnut Spareribs. I had a hard time appreciating their Tom Yum, got a bit disappointed bcoz it tasted a bit too much- too spicy, too strong, the shrimps were perfectly big but I doubt if those shrimps were freshly-cooked coz of the amount of time I had to chew my shrimps got me like a minute. My friend didn't finish his bowl of Tom Yum either. The whole dining experience could have been merrier for us if it wasn't for the disappointing Tom Yum. The staff is nice though. Place is clean, tidy.

I ordered laksa noodle and im kot happy with it. Although it tastes bit close enough with what i've tasted in singapore but the their serving here is not appetizing. The noodle and some ingredients are swimming in too oily soup. The serving size is big but it is all soup and small portion of noodle and ingredients in it.

Good, good! Loved the cereal prawns, Sentosa fried rice, and sambal kangkong. The spring rolls and satay were blah, so you might want to skip ordering them. Didn't scrimp on servings and each dish was in fact generous for 3 pax. Staff was attentive, service quite fast, and ambience welcoming.

I've wanted to eat here ever since I saw this a few months ago. Finally, I was able to try it last night with FM's family since he invited me to have dinner with them. I've been pretty curious as to what Singapore cuisine is like and I hoped that this place will satisfy my queries. FM and his family ordered a lot and luckily, I was able to try almost everything. Apologies that there will be no price listed but I can definitely say that each plate is around Php200-Php300. The desserts are around Php100.To start off, the crab and corn soup was tasty and sweet, just the way I liked my cab and corn soup. The pad thai was a little bit dry but the taste was just right. I loved the fact that it had a lot of egg in it though I was told that most pad thai do not have egg in it. However, I liked that there was a lot of it. The Sentosa Rice was a bit of a disappointment for me. It was just fried rice with shrimp and some sort of sauce. It wasn't memorable nor exciting. It didn't leave me wanting to eat more. The walnut spareribs on the other hand definitely left me wanting to eat more and more and more.It was so good and super sweet. I really liked it.The sizzling beef was a bit too peppery for me. It had too much of the spice but it was still pretty good. The hands down favorite dish of the night however was the asparagus with scallops. The scallops were just right and the asparagus crunchy and really fresh. I loved it!Overall, I wasn't disappointed with Sentosa. It was pretty good and I liked most of the dishes that were served. Thanks FM for inviting me to have dinner with your family.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. They have the best Pad Thai in town (compared to other Thai restos). Their Nonya rice is good too, very similar to Yang Chow Fried rice. All the food in the menu are very tasteful which is close to Filipino food. This is definetely highly recommended.

The food here is simply sub-par for a resto claiming to be Singaporean. We had the roti canai whose curry dip did not taste like curry at all. Their fried squid in garlic was just like something out of a cheap Chinese resto. Their beef rendang, though "almost acceptable", falls short for a staple Malaysian/Singaporean dish priced close to P400. The servings were ok and could be shared by 2. One consolation was their desserts (gula malaka and choco & ube buchis) which were quite alright. However, service was great for a resto which was more than half-full at the time. This somehow upholds my theory that when a resto that is supposed to offer a certain country's specialty dishes, and starts mixing-up their menu with other countries' dishes, quality usually falls short on the overall.

Met with some friends yesterday! l listed down several restaurants in Shangrila Plaza I have not tried yet and from there my friend chose and suggested Sentosa.  First time to try Sentosa so I checked reviews here and went with mixed feelings because it got good and bad reviews.  But since we have decided already on the place and I didn't want to have to change it off I went. Was pleasantly surprised that all the food we ordered were good! We especially liked the fried boneless chicken with sambal sauce!   We had a great time eating and chatting through lunch!  The servers were very nice too!  We were a very demanding bunch of customers! heheheThank you very much Sentosa! Happy tummy!

Recently dined at this restaurant and the experience was a mix of good and not so good - so goes the 3.0 rating.Let's start with the food:We ordered ROTI CANAI, SINGAPORE LAKSA NOODLES SOUP, KOPI WINUT SPARERIBS and NONYA FRIED RICE.The Roti was good but they have to HEAVILY IMPROVE their CURRY dip which was bland and lacked the curry flavor and bite... good thing they replaced it when I called the attention of the supervisor.Their Singapore Laksa was quite good, just tell your server if you want it spicy or mild (cause they wouldn't ask - though their standard serving is mild, I think).I love and super enjoyed both the Fried Rice (which is loaded with small shrimp - "hindi tinipid" in Filipino) and the Spareribs - I will go back again just for those two.SERVICE:People there were nice and pleasant. But, it's not right or proper for just the OJTs to do all the things - they can get the order and help in serving but should be supervised. Serving time is good.PRICING is reasonable and just right for each serving/dish.Lastly, the AMBIANCE:Since this part of Shangri-La Mall is undergoing renovation, I would suggest the owners to renovate it as well to make it more attractive to guests... Remember, you are in a high end mall. Or at the very least, have their own air-conditioning system fixed and not just rely on the mall's air conditioning. It's hard to eat spicy food in a hot venue.

Great food, and servings are large enough to share. For a feast, expect to spend around ~1000 for two people. But a little over five hundred for two people if you don't have a huge appetite. Everything was tasty and I wasn't particularly thirsty after the meal, which I usually experience after eating at cheaper asian places.
