Good food! I love their chicken sisig and Kansi. My papa and mama enjoys the ramen mami. Price are affordable and they have a generous serving size. The staff are very accommodating. Thank you Sarsa for this memorable birthday experience ❤️🤗

We ordered the ff:Sinigang na bangus belly - no hint of sinigang taste at all 😢Sizzling monggo - this was okay but too saltyWas supposed to order the crispy sinigang lechon but it was sold out. However, was only informed when I made a follow up... which means we were not informed by any waiting staff until i followed up for this.Replaced it with pork sisig. Pork sisig - was too salty for me.Only order that I enjoyed was their ripe mango shake 🤷🏾‍♀️

They have really sumptuous food and accommodating staff! Inasal tofu was surprisingly good, everyone should try it!My only concern would be the food cost, as it a bit pricey for its serving size. Nonetheless, it's a must visit!

Sarsa Kitchen + Bar- features the best of traditional Filipino and Negrense dishes with a twist!!We had a quick lunch here after my passport appointment. They have a promo on Booky, Buy 1 Take 1 Crispy Pork Sisig for PHP325.Definitely worth a try!

We came a bit late in the night and we weren’t sure if we’ll still be accommodated and there was no surprise when they couldn’t. Problem is that they allowed other groups to come in!! So I asked again and they hesitantly allowed us in. It felt so unwelcoming. I just stuck to the Rada branch thereafter.

Did you change your sizzling adobong pusit? It's a step down to your previous recipe. Also your Crispy Pork Sisig is too crispy and fatty, you should lessen the chicharon!

I got their Inasal Sisig which is supposed to be one of their bestsellers. Wasn't overly impressed though - thought it was waaay too salty, plus there were still chicken bones included in the sisig which didn't make for a very pleasant eating experience. For PHP 340, I expected moreAmbiance wise, it's pretty good. And I appreciated how they were able to accommodate our 20pax reservation :)

The food was good, we had sinigang na belly and adobo, and rice, both dish tasted great. The place was nice too, but the staff wasn't that pleasant, they were not so accomodating, and it takes quite a while to get your bill. I would like to return though for a second time to try their other dishes.

Finally we experienced Sarsa! My personal favorite was their KareKare! It was soo good!! From the sauce to the meat and the additional crispy meat and their bagoong! Ugh! So soo good! 11/10 for me! LOL! We also tried their sisig which is crispy and flavorful I'd give it 8/10. What was interesting here was their Fried chicken sinigang. We were skeptical to order it first but since I'm a fried chicken lover, I knew I had to try it. Sooooo, the verdict was 7/10. I think it was too sour for my taste but I love how crispy it was and the presentation together with the potatoes. Plus it was fried chicken. You can never go wrong with fried chicken. Lol. We also tried their batchoy which was really really gooood! I love the generous amount of pork, noodles, fresh ingredients and garlic they have in there. It was 10/10! The only sad part about it here was their isaw. I think the serving was small. We were expecting a huge amount of isaw for its price. So I'd give a 6/10. Whole Sarsa experience I'd give it 8/10. Would definitely go back to try their interesting menu! ❤️

Ordered sisig, kansi soup, batchoy, laing, inihaw na liempo, adobong pusit, chicken inasal, well almost allthe food tasted salty specially the batchoy and laing. The chicken inasal and pusit only that's not salty. Well. Serving portion is abit small for the price and they also charge 10% service charge that we didnt encounter. A good service, they didnt collect the empty plates and we have to wait for 15mins for the extra plain rice that i've to follow up twice. Plus they should repair or replace their table and chairs, tables is not balance they shake while the chair is much higher,so.when you eat you need to bow. Abit.
