It was general a nice experience at Racks, even though server gave us the incorrect part of the ribs. We mentioned "Classic Ribs, One fourth" (P355). Rather he offered us the fifty percent ribs (P555). Napabayad pa kami nang malaki, and we were simply the three ofus. We also ordered the Southern Fried Poultry (fifty percent, P380) - I liked the poultry, and I was happy it had no bloodstream so that it means the poultry was indeed cooked to perfection. Big, however, not too plump that was a good factor, so that they remained tasty. Really crunchy externally and tender and juicy inside. The buttermilk biscuits slathered with butter and honey had been good too! The ribs was cooked to perfection and well-seasoned. I enjoyed this much better than the ribs I experienced at Rib Town the week before. These were dry ribs (electronic.g., not really drenched with sauce). Both sides, the Coleslaw Salad and the Potato Salad (regular, ₱60 each) produced great accompaniments to the ribs.

This place has ribs right down to an excellent art. Whether you need beef or pork. Brief or long. You'll receive a lot more than what you've been searching for. Make certain you build-up a hunger cause there are many food coming the right path.Their strength may be the ribs but any type of meat is great here . . and prepared to perfection.
