I went there earlier for a quick lunch. Ordered their Crab Salad Roll that has been my favorite since i first had it in their other Megamall branch (the one in UG level). And I ordered Lemon Cucumber drink. They first gave me service water, then a Lemonade. I asked one server if it is Lemon Cucumber, i am told it is Lemonade. I informed her that i ordered Lemon Cucumber, then i realized that the guy who took my order didn't repeat my order. My drink was replaced. The salad rolls came shortly afterwards. Awesome as always but it was overly satisfying this time. So overwhelmingly satisfying that i can hardly eat the last piece. I left it on my plate. I called the attention of one attendant, named Roselyn, about it. She took my plate and came back, told me the Salad Roll will be for free. And that i will only be charged for the drink. I asked for the bill and she handed it to me few minutes after. Paid and got my change. Then i realized that Lemonade has been charged. I checked the price on the menu and Lemon Cucumber's a bit more pricey than Lemonade so i informed one attendant about it and paid the difference. Then i walked out the store.Kudos to this place for doing pest control. I can attest that they take time to make sure the pests in their place are dead.

I love their pizza, but it will take a while before the order actually gets to you. Way different dining in than having it delivered. I ordered the baked mac n cheese, which was really salty and obviously microwaved or heated up in the oven instead of made 'fresh'. But what do you expect at a price of 85 PHP? :p Plate was also burned, by the way, and it burned my hand to touch LOL.Would rather just go there for the pizza instead of anything else, and to have it delivered rather than wait. It's faster. If it weren't my fave pizza, it would have been a lower rating.

We went to a table, that has plates from the previous customers. No waiter went to us to accomodate but we have to call the waiter to clean the table. The waitress get the plates and all but did not wipe the table yet. Then she didn't come back. We have to call for a waiter again. The food plating was dirty looking. They could have wipe the side especially knowing that it is a semi-fine dining type of resto. The waitress told us she would bring the condiments, but for the nth time, she forgot it and have to go to reception. There's no waiter near us, they are flocked inside in one place.

Five stars for Kitkat Pops! Everything is perfect! The bread, kitkat and condensed milk matches well together. Good for 2-3 sharing. Worth the money. 😍🍫

I like Pizza hut's pizza! It brings back good barkada memories. Also, they're pizza dough is really good, way better than the rest of the local ones because they use premium quality flour (insider info).They're meatball spaghetti is good and satisfying (I alternate it with the carbonara every now and then).Its great to have their Php 499 (?) deal for two pizzas. Great for barkada budget meal, team eats and "pasalubong"!

Well, since i love 🍕🍕🍕 i have nothing but praise with the stuffed crust supreme pizza; I'm not a chef or food expert but one room of improvement is the crust of it. Anyways let me just share my experience with their other menu.Wings Street - it looks like an ordinary chicken wings but when you start to dig on it, you'll see the difference; meat is tender and wings are well cooked (so dont judge the book by its cover 😁) I've tried the hickory over garlic parmesan flavor and garlic dip over mayo mustard dipspaghetti bolognese w/ meatballs - classic italian pasta, authentic meatballs. Good to try this 🍝🍝🍝All in all it was a good experience.PS: ambience is a bit dull so it if you're very particular to the details of a venue, i do suggest to find their best looking branch.

Had to call the waiter a couple of times. They said that we will have our order within 3 to 5 minutes but we got our order after 30 minutes and after following it up several times

Courteous staff. Minsan lang maingay na out of order na may dating na parang palengke mag-usap usap. Average food. Degraded over time. All their utensils before - from plates to soup bowls were made of something to make you feel the fine dining experience pero ngayon nagulat kami naging plastic na yung soup bowl. Ganun na pala kami katagal na hindi kumakain dito... consistent taste of their signature mushroom soup with bits of mushroom pa rin naman and mainit pa. Freshly cooked pizza! Pero ang plating sa pastas nag level down din - small plates na lang na parang for kids unlike yung dati na nasa boat plate pa and marami. Service is slow. Nauna pa yung pizza ng katabi naming table na nahuli samin. Ubos na lahat ng food namin wala pa din yung pizza kaya pina-take out na lang. Sayang, yun pa man din isang craving namin that night. Anyway, seems like we’re not going back. Dami nang nagbago.

My review was deleted for some unknown reason and I can't review the SM Marikina branch (but it's letting me rate). I'll just review this branch instead, maybe I was brutally honest on my previous review so here you go, a more toned-down review.Pizza Hut was our favorite pizza restaurant, "was". Everything tastes good back then, now it's bland, lackluster, some dishes are obviously made in a rush (i.e. lasagna) that they did not take time to wipe oils around the saucer, pizza are not that good as before.Albeit the delivery wins when the "hand-stretched" option for the buy1take1 is allowed, but now they've changed it and you can't request anymore so you're stuck with a super thick crust pizza :)PS. I gave it a 2* previously but it got deleted in some mysterious reason.Let's rate them "AGAIN" shall we? Food: 1/5Ambiance: 1/5Service: 1/5Value for money: 1/5

Pizza Hut has seen better days. They used to have great quality pizza. Nowadays, let's just say Shakey's has overtook them big time. I considered them to be equally good then. I sadly only eat at Pizza Hut because my wife still enjoys her fill of their stuffed crust options. I hope their corporate reads this, because I honestly would like to believe that they could get back to their glory days when, you know, quality need not suffer just to maximize profits. Just my two cents.
