Food is actually fine but missed some expectations. Service is average. Ambiance is okay but the smoke from the sizzling plates might bother you. I think I have to bring an extra shirt whenever I dine here to avoid smelling like the store. Price is a bit high versus the quality of food. Overall, experience is okay.

Food is just average. Nothing special. Quite pricey but still food is good. Best seat is beside the window. :)

My first encounter with Pepper Lunch was actually Pepper Lunch Express at the SM City Foodcourt. One of the pricier stalls there, actually. So my sister and I would get beef pepper rice since our family's at the foodcourt to save on lunch. It was interesting finally getting to buy Pepper Lunch for myself, and see the actual restaurant instead of just a stall. Paul ordered beef curry rice with cheese, and I had the salmon rice. I liked his beef curry rice with cheese because of the addition of cheese. It tempers the spice of curry. As for my own meal, I like how the salmon didn't dry out too much even after being on a hot plate. It really needed the sauces on the side to put flavor into it, though. Considering it was being 'cooked' for quite a while.I hope I can afford to buy the pricier plates here again soon, and a salad as well. I like their salads too, and I miss them!

My bestfriend and I often eat here. This has always been our choice of restaurant 'coz yep the food is great, tho a bit pricey that's why I only got to order the cheapest one. Haha! Never thought that carbonara would complement well with salted egg up until I tried their salted egg carbonara.

I feel the strongest urge to eat after a workout. Tonight was no exception as I dined in to the first stall I saw when I went in Robinson’s Galleria. This was just my second meal of the day. Pepper Lunch also got me going with their 20% promo on their Beef Pepper Rice with Egg. This was worth every penny as its meat was both enough and flavor filled. The peppery taste was alive but not too much, it was also complemented well with crunch sweet corn kernels. On the side, I got Chicken Sesame Salad. A generous cup filled with chicken chunks, bright green lettuce, soba noodles, topped with bonito flakes on Japanese sesame dressing. I also had a decent cup of Crab and Corn Soup. It tasted instant but forgivable for it was only Php 50.

Pepper lunch has been a famous fast food restaurant for the long run. Despite their expensive meals, you'll still be craving for it from time to time. Orders:Teriyaki beef Pepper rice with egg P250Curry and cheese beef Pepper rice P242Serving time ~5 mins.Compared to their menu before, they've added more meals and exciting flavors to give their customers wider variety.I'll be trying other curry recipes next time. 😋

It was my first time to dine at a Pepper Lunch branch! Usually kasi I have it delivered right at my doorstep. Hehe my siblings enjoyed their Chicken Pepper and Beef Pepper! The only downside was one of the servers in this branch yelled at me before I libed up. Hehe but it’s okay. Perhaps it was because that time, it was their peak hour.

Pepper Lunch. A casual-dining smokey restaurant originated from Japan that serves meaty dishes on sizzling metallic plates or pans that allow their customers to witness the cooking process of their own food, watching it sizzles. There are actually a lot of branches Pepper Lunch found here in the Philippines. One of which I recently visited is in SM Megamall in Mandaluyong. Actually, there’s no much difference to say when you visit their other branches as well. The place was big enough for customers to have seats and tables. Ambience was fine. Because of the sizzling food, we really expect to see and smell smoke. The staffs were accomodating and nice. The service was a bit slow even though we know that they’ll be serving our sizzling food not fully cooked. For the food, they’re all nice. Food was fine. Meat put into your plates are fresh. Beverages were good too. They actually have salad which is a bit hit to their customers. You can also order some of their desserts.Overall, everything was fine. One thing that I really don’t like is the smell and the smoke all around the restaurant. #foodiesantiph

Ordered the Shake-shake Kani Salad. A little bit salty and it’s in a plastic cup. Since it’s pre-packed we were not able to have it in our own reusable container. Iced tea tastes powdery. Miso soup is ok. But they have good service. 😊
