Ate here with a friend today 02/04/2018 around 4:30PM. The server name Jenny or Jelly was the one who took our orders. She was really speaking too fast all the time. When she served the food, she held the food tray close to my face that I HAD TO BE THE ONE WHO MADE SOME ADJUSTMENTS just so I won't get hit by the food tray. My order chicken with waffles took like 20 minutes to arrive and I got disappointed because the chicken is small compared to the old times I ate in Pancake House. This server Jenny/Jelly asked if there's anything she can assist us with(using her oh-so-fast voice) then my friend told her that we need one extra order of rice. Jenny/Jelly said OKAY THANK YOU and dashed out of the scene only to find out that she went to another table to clean it AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN HEAR MY FRIEND'S REQUEST and I am telling you my friend does not have such a quiet voice. We called Jenny/Jelly's attention and we told her we need that one extra order of rice. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY SHE WAS TALKING TOO FAST, WHAT'S THE RUSH??? WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS LEFT AT THAT TIME. TO THE POINT SHE WAS ASKING US IF WE NEED ANYTHING AND WE TOLD HER SO BUT SHE DIDN'T LISTEN TO IT. We didn't bother talking to the manager because we are rushing to get home. Tsk. Cust serv has gone soooooo bad.

Pancake House's pan fried chicken is one of a kind. It is not the usual fried chicken since it has a citrus kick in it that I love. I love their 2 dishes for 370 promo that I always order when I crave for pasta and chicken or if I am bringing my girlfriend on a date. hihiAttentive crew!Delicious food!Cozy place!I love it here!!

Located in Greenfield District near the park with ample parking and open as early as 6am. Great place for breakfast or brunch on a Sunday.Been to this place several times and i always love the interior, simple yet effective. Glass walls on one side so there's ample solar light and great scenic spot. Walls were field with contemporary movie posters.Servers were very accommodating. Served drinks and water immediately. Food was very satisfying. Not really craving for pancakes so we ordered their ever-delicious Classic Pan Chicken(218.90php) and Special Salisbury Steak(280.50php). 2-piece chicken served with rice and gravy. It was newly cooked when it was served which made it scrumptious. Fleshy portion of it may lack flavor but having it piping hot contributes to its succulency. 1/3 pound steak topped with gravy served with rice and buttered corn n carrots. Large juicy beef patties perfectly seasoned and cooked. It's yum! My boyfriend loves this. Tea was okay too. Reviewing them makes my mouth water.😅😂😅
