Dynamite shrimp is very good. The shrimps are big and the batter is just right, not too thick. Ribs are also good. Tender and very tasty. Service is fast and servers are polite. Giving it 4.5 because there are many items in the menu that I still want to try.

Last Sunday, I got the time to spend brunch with my family and it felt awesome to spend time with them again.I was also curious to try P.F. Chang's for a while now. So, we had the Monggolian Beef, Beef and Lettuce wrap, Walnut Prawns with Melon, Miso Salmon and P.F. Chang's fried riceFirst of all, they have a friendly staff but the service is soooooooo slow. I mean really slow. It took us 45 mins for all our orders to be served.Food was okay, it wasn't what I expected.. to be so ordinary.. nothing special with the food.. but I liked the Monggolian Beef.. but the Walnut Shrimp had too much sauce.. I also had the Cucumber Mint Lemonade which was good, and the Tamarind Iced TeaThis resto didn't reached up to my expectations. Meh.

The sweet and sour pork of theirs is my new standard. For whatever reason the word that comes to mind upon seeing and tasting it is "clean". It was just awesome. The rice that I had eating it was ridiculous in amount.

Oriental Fusion is what PF Chang's is all about, bold and flavorful as ever. I'm so glad this was finally brought to the Philippines and right by the corner from where I live. PF Chang's is great at playing chicken. Every dish is a delight and just a burst of flavor in the mouth. The first would be their dynamite chicken which is quite spicy but oh so explosive in my taste buds, which for the first time, I actually didn't mind. Next would be their kung pao chicken sprinkled with nuts which never disappoints because of its classic yet bold flavor. Last but not the least is their crispy honey chicken which has a sweet twist of authenticity. I loved every bite because it didn't trump any of the other spices making it quite balanced. Although P.F. Chang's is quite pricey, the place guarantees you with delicious Chinese food and top notch service from staff and employees. A++

This is not real Chinese food in my books. The beef we ordered was overcooked. Servings were tiny for the price. Food was ok but not good enough to compensate for the price.Do take note that I have very high expectations in Chinese cuisine since it is what I grew up eating. This one just doesn't cut it.Boo. 👎
