Food was acceptable but not noteworthy. For some reason everything seems to stick to the table even though I ask them to wash it. I think the varnish on the wooden tabletop is decomposing. But the stickiness make everything feel a little unclean.

The gyoza taste good but not hot enough when served. The cold I order took forever . I think I have to cancel !its a waste of time . What pity to ruin my lunch .

I really intend to bring my mother to Ooma but she had been craving for Yakisoba and we ended up eating in the restaurant beside it. An incidental lunch turned our to be a great choice. The service is efficient and the food was apparentlygood. We ordered noodles and tempura don.

Me and my husband was so excited to eat in this restaurant but the experience its not good..no setting table like no chopstick, plates, tissue eveytime we need to call the service my food is super late already my husband finished eat and I'm stillwaiting for my food very slow service. Not coming back anymore sorry

The food was good. However, service is really really bad. It took some time for our orders to arrive (30 minutes) and the staff just disappears when you need water or follow up your orders. Also, their eat all you can noodles is deceiving. Itis only the noodles that is a freebie and the waiters do not fully explain what is in store if you take their unlimited noodle menu. I guess that the automatic service charge tacked on their bill is an incentive for bad service.

nice new place in Mega Mall, nice staff open big area ,I got Beef Saikoro set ( befell with vegetables ,miso soup ,slice of watermelon and pineapple ,rice Johan ,salad (instead of gyoza pork). its a good meal ,clean and helpful waiters

Wandering around Megamall in Mandaluyong tired and hungry... my partner and I came to this place. The food was superb in taste and presentation with big servings. Service was fast. Will definitely come back the rest of their offerings

Some ramen soup was spilled as we tried to slide it across the table. The Supervisor saw the spilled soup and did not allow us to touch it, He immediately went for the needed tools to clean the soup (did not ask another crew todo it) and gave us a new bowl of soup to top up the ramen. I was amazed. Will definitely eat here again.

Good food. A bit pricey as it usually is for Japanese food, but service was great. Never had to ask for a water refill as our table was well attended to. Nice interiors, tables and seats.

GCQ period. We had to get some stuff in Megamall and found ourselves hungry. We were looking for Japanese restaurant. We had never visited this restaurant thinking that it maybe expensive but it turned out to be reasonably priced. We got the gyoza sets -one with sukiyaki and another with pork teriyaki. Food was good. Agedashi tofu was also good. What I didn't like was the miso soup which was bland -- seemed to be watered down.
