I love burgers specially when you know they're 100% beef and no extenders. Got the chance to try their famous Sinigang Burger, the very first burger I heard of and tasted that is served without any buns. You're favorite Sinigang with all the veggies(raddish, tomato, kangkong) served with a Burger patty(Australian Beef). The beef patty is so tender yet it doesn't get dissolved into small chunks. Im not used into consuming burgers with soup on the side. Yet this Sinigang Burger is something unusual, as the patty is literally swimming on the Sinigang soup. I enjoyed eating the burger then sipping the soup after each every bite. The sourness of the sinigang soup is just right and doesn't compete with the taste of the burger. Gotta to try it again soon. If you haven't tried a burger float, then you should add Sinigang Burger to your website Bucketlist. Mine's already checked

You've probably never heard of a dish called Sinigang Burger but apparently, due to the creativity of the owners of Monster Burger, they were able to create one. Basically it's just burger patty instead of the usual pork, beef, or chicken. To be honest, when I first heard that one of the merchants from the food tasting event, which was hosted by website in partnership with Pioneer St. Market last June 29, 2016, is going to serve sinigang burger, I was a bit hesitant to try it. But since curiosity got the best of me, I tried it. At first, it was just like regular sinigang but there is a difference with the taste. I couldn't quite comprehend what but for me it was better than the usual sinigang. It's also one of the dishes I don't prefer to eat often—sinigang is one of my least favorite viands. But this sinigang burger, wow. Perfection. It tastes even better after a few bites. The burger patty is made of 100% australian beef. It is "nanunuot sa sarap."

Monster burger serves burgers that uses 100% Australian beef with no extenders or binders. The burgers are thawed and grilled upon ordering for full satisfaction. Aside from the traditional burgers, they have fusion burgers to tickle our taste buds. Sinigang Burger? Why not! The sinigang had a good sourness to match the aroma of the grilled beef perfectly! for the full story on pioneer street market and the recent event. please visit my blog.

It seems like burgers are making a comeback in the food industry these days. They look like they are becoming even more popular today with the ever-growing support of foodies to businesses, whether these are local restaurants or an international franchise of a food joint. One of these burger establishments that I have recently discovered is Monster Burger in Buayang Bato, Mandaluyong. They use 100% Australian beef patties, and they claim that they do not use extenders nor binders in their burger patties. Monster Burger also serves a variety of food in their menu, including chicken, fish, and even crocodile meat. They also serve their burger patties with a twist - they are served like viands, cooked in different ways such as bulalo, kaldereta, curry, teriyaki, salisbury, and sinigang! I actually got to try their sinigang burger, and although it was odd, I find it nice on my end. I don't exactly know how the others are like, but please do try them out for yourself and let me know how they are.
