My family had been coming here for many many years. My Grandmother absolutely adores the food. Her favorites are Palabok, Halo-halo and Kare-Kare. I prefer their Camaron Rebosado and Lechon Kawali.I am not really a fan of what they're known for.. Their signature Fried Chicken with no batter. Sure the chicken meat was tender, but I guess I'm used to eating Fried Chicken with crunchy breading. I've been to a bunch of  Max's Restaurants and sad to say, their Pancit sucks. I hate places where the Pancit is 90% noodles. Plus, it's a tad bit too salty. The service is great as the servers will make sure that your needs are met.

It's my 2nd time to be in this Max's branch (both visits for take out), and I must say, the quality of the food and service is still the same, i.e., essentially good. I got the spring chicken meal and pancit canton to go, with my simple specifications (bread rolls with two pieces of butter; the soup and soda for dine in while the food was being prepared). The chicken was well cooked and very tasty, typically sarap-to-the-bones; no traces of blood. And the pancit canton was cooked just right, the al dente counterpart of Italian pasta.

Been so long since I last ate here so we wanted to try it out again (june 10 dinner). Service was impeccable. Would really like to applaud your team! Food was great, as expected. Really really happy!

They currently represent 78 locations as of this writing in Metro Manila area alone and still is considered as one of the sought places to have fried chicken. On this trip though my friend and I explored their dessert options. We started with their Triple Chocolate Champorado. It was a good decision on our end to have more milk to balance  off its strength. It came out perfect. I suggest having it whenever you're feeling down as chocolate does boost the mood. Next was the Dessert Plan. Good call having four kinds in one go. It had Buco Pandan. Ube Creme Decadence, Leche Flan and Cream Caramel Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream. Everything was deliciously sweet and the one I had most was the ube. The taste brought back my early childhood! :)

My office mate actually recommended this place though i've been to other branches . The service was great , not all restaurant are same they have their own ways to satisfy customers . I commend their service especially when they ask if we needed something , if the food was okay , we we're assisted well . Though we need to follow up some orders but that's fine , the food was delicious . its my first time to try their pork belly and shrimp sinigang . if you love seafood and some meat you can try this good for 4 persons . it includes drinks ,rice 1 whole chicken. We added lumpiang shanghai cause its my favorite and pancit canton  . They gave uscomplimentary sort of cake for answering the survey. What they can improve hope they can add some music to get more customer relax and entertain while waiting , wifi is a must nowadays and since its inside the mall hope they can have their own .

Whenever my friends and I meet up, we'd generally end up at Max's because the location is so convenient and the food is just perfect! The staff are very well-dressed and professional such that it is basically fine dining--with a homey warmth to it. Now, the tradition of dining at Max's is being shared with the younger kids and they love it!
