The food was so great. You'll be full in just a bowl of soba. The tempura is so delicious you can really taste the quality of the shrimp they used. The one I enjoyed was pork tonkatsu I really loved it. The crunchiness of the pork the taste of rice it fits well

If you are looking for an affordable Japanese restaurant in Megamall, this is the place. We ate here expecting little because of the cheap price but was surprised that the meal was too much for what we paid for! The sukiyaki don was my favorite, lots of beef and the taste was authentic! For 115 pesos, My tummy was satisfied.

Lunch with my date. Although Komoro is one of the oldest restaurants in Megamall, it was only my first time there and somehow I kind of regretted it. But good thing it is still there, up and running! We had:Shoyu RamenKaraage UdonKomoro Ice CreamCalifornia MakiIced teaNo wonder this place remains jampacked. It is one of the most affordable Japanese restaurants I have ever been to. And if you are not so discriminating or if you do not have "sensitive" taste buds, you will enjoy their food like we did. As it is affordable, do not expect some kind of authenticity here.I loved the ice cream! It had a lovely medley of colors and it also consisted of mochi. It was served with green tea sauce which you'd pour into the ice cream.Service was typical. You can even have a peek into the kitchen and watch the food being prepared and cooked.

One of the best ramen and gyoza I had. No problem waiting in line and waiting for your turn to get a table, that's how good the food is. 👌 It's budget friendly and tastes delicious!

Our first time to dine here and it didn't failed us! We loved the simple but complete presentation of our orders :) Reasonable priced too! I just hope they'll be able to widen their place so that they can accommodate more diners :)

Looking for an affordable restaurant to satisfy your Japanese cravings? then head over to Komoro Japanese Dining. This restaurant offers a variety of food from Japanese curry to Donburi bowls and Noodle Soups. I usually get their oyakodon donburi bowl or katsudon donburi bowl. They charge extra for take-out orders though.

My go-to restaurant at Megamall. Their food tastes good and it's affordable! My favorite dish would be the hot Kakiage Udon. I like the texture when the tempura gets a bit soggy. I love the taste of the soup too!(Photo from 08/19/19)

I have been dining here since I was a preteen, and I have decided to eat here after many years of not being able to pass by this place. The flavor has definitely changed. For some reason, their soup base for the udon/soba is now salty sour, which is weird because Japanese cuisine is rarely sour. It's usually sweet and savory. The tempura sauce that came with my kakiage was also too salty. That said, I somehow still was able to enjoy my lunch (it did taste good nonetheless) but the flavors have changed. I don't know if they're trying to appeal to the Filipino palate but why is the soup base so sour???

Ahhhh! Much love for this place. If you have 100-200 pesos budget for a meal and you love Japanese food, then Komoro is the best one to go to! 🥰 I bought their Chicken Teriyaki set. These are the contents of the set:1. A slice of watermelon2. Teriyaki Sauce3. A plate with cabbage, macaroni salad and grilled chicken4. A bowl of miso soup5. A cup of white steamed riceAll good for 170! Rated this one at 4 stars because I love everything in the set except for the macaroni salad.. it's too creamy for me.The chicken is juicy and savory! The soup is slightly sour and salty. The watermelon is just right, not too sweet or bland. The sauce perfectly complements the chicken!!!Oh and their service is a plus because I forgot my number at the counter and the cashier brought it to my table. They also served the food after 10-15minutes!May you also love Komoro as I loved it!

I guess I expected too much because of the high rating this restaurant enjoys! For the price, the food quality and taste is good. Shoyu Ramen is ok with good piece of meat, good sauce although the ramen was too soft/mushy. Kara age is crunchy and good. Gyoza was soft and bland.Green Tea ice cream is good
