The ramen that we tried were really good - the broths of both the miso ramen and paitan ramen were thick and flavorful. I love it that the spiciness of their miso ramen doesn't empower the flavor of the broth too much. The karaage was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Never going back to this restaurant again :( We ordered the Paitan Ramen and the Black Garlic Ramen. Both were served with bamboo shoots that have already gone bad. I was wondering where the gamey smell was coming from and why the ramen was unusually bubbly. Turns out it was the shoots, and when we complained, the staff merely insisted that they were fine and did nothing about it. :(Gyoza was okay tho. Hope they'd work on improving their customer service and quality control.

Food - 3 stars. We got the Black Garlic Paitan Ramen, it was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Although there were lots of meat and other ingredients in this ramen, which is more than I can say for some other Japanese restos. Serving size is small for the price.Ambience - 3 stars. The place was cramped and noisy. I probably should have asked to be seated away from the kitchen entrance.Staff - 4 stars. Friendly and attentive. :)Note: they asked us to fill their electronic feedback form. Nothing wrong with that request, except that they’re clearly harvesting personal information. They don’t even have a fully compliant privacy notice so you don’t know why they’re collecting the personal information that they’re collecting. There’s no way to finish giving feedback without the personal information. That’s just odd.

The ramen was so good, the gyoza was really good as well. I'll definitely come back here, with or without the gold offer. I really like that their ramens come in two sizes, usually i couldnt finish a bowl of ramen but here i can finish their smaller one! It was pretty affordable!!!

Great tasting soup and pork. A little on the pricey side but worth it.The gyoza is also good. Crew is helpful.
