When will KFC stop the practice of re-frying and selling unsold fried chicken from the night before? I definitely know the difference between freshly cooked fried chicken that stayed 1-2 hours under a heating lamp (acceptable) from a re-fried chicken from the night before (unacceptable). They seem to slip these re-fried chickens on take-out or delivery orders so the customer can discover the disappointment away from their stores. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. This was my second time so shame on me.

Friend stopped by so I ordered online for delivery...another friend stopped by after I placed the initial order so I ordered on line again for additional chicken.....Both orders arrived in a reasonable amount of time, first order was delivered without the rice...oops....second order was chicken only so I called them and ask them to deliver the rice with that order, second order was delivered without the rice, but did arrive a few minutes later by itself...aahhh...three deliveries from KFC...lol....the "special" free bucket of fries was disappointing....a few fries in a paper bucket, not crisp, soft to almost soggy...chicken was the same way, breading was not crisp, it was soft to almost soggy, drinks and slaw were acceptable, rice tasted fine but one of the four packages had come unwrapped and was scattered around the bottom of the bag....:0(....not a banner evening for this KFC.

KFC did it again!Is there no end to their creativity? Just when you think  that  surely they already outdid themselves with their  DOUBLE DOWN,  FAMOUS BOWL , ORIGINAL RECIPE CRACKLINGS, out comes CHACO their newest  amazing product....
