Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream.  One of those website trends that's not gonna melt down soon.  Joseph's is one of those who joined the bandwagon. Prices are quite steep.  Classic flavors are priced at php 150,  while the premium ones has a price tag of php 190.  I got myself a cup of their vanilla.  One thing i can say about this type of ice cream is this - it's such a treat watching them make it.  The impressive cloud of vapor when liquid nitro is exposed to air and how it freezes the ingredient instantaneously.  I watched in awe while they make my vanilla ice cream.  Sad to say,  the fun part ended when all the vapour disappeared.  The ice cream is creamy alright but it lacks sweetness.  I taste no sugar,  not an iota of it.  And ice cream sans the sweetness is underwhelming.

Years and years ago, I watched an episode of a TV show called Kitchen Chemistry, where I learned that the quicker you freeze the ice-cream mixture, the better an ice cream tastes. And Joseph's is doing exactly that, with liquid Nitrogen. It is totally cool to watch, literally and metaphorically, and very delicious as well. There is something different about eating an ice cream that was frozen within seconds. My wife and I keep going back for more! Stay cool Joseph's ;)

This ice cream was delicious, though a bit sweet for me. I liked how it was made as well. However, it's kind of pricey. It better be worth every penny. I'm still thinking if I'll come back. Lol

I got to try Joseph's Craft Ice Cream fat Southridge Father's day. They make their ice cream in seconds using cold plates. My cookies & cream tasted so good. The line was long but worth the wait. Tasted better than the imported ice creams! Wish they can have a store in the South

We chanced upon this new ice cream party concept at a school fair in Muntinlupa. Their chocolate ice cream tasted perfect for me. Never had i finished a whole order of gelato anywhere because i find ice cream too sweet. But this Joseph's chocolate was just right for me . I found my brand. Hope they get a regular store in Muntinlupa.

My friends wanted to try the Nitrogen ice cream again but found another gimmick instead. they spread liquid cream on cold ice sheet , mix until frozen. quite an experience watching them. their strawberry tasted imported and so did the cookies and cream. the kids were looking for the fog effect but the crafters gave them extra marshmallows so they cant wait to go back again. Good job Joseph!

If you prefer not so sweet ice cream, this one's for you. I tried it out of curiosity. It's just fun to watch while the ice cream was made in front of you. As for the taste, I wasn't impressed. Waiting time can take long (especially on weekends) since there's only one staff making the ice cream.

on the table: fresh strawberry w/ marshmallows & sea salt caramel w/ macadamia nutsMy-Food-O-Meter: taste: 5/5price: 3/5service: 4/5Been wanting to try their ice cream out of curiosity. Was skeptical at first, but after tasting it, I was like "wow". It's the creamiest ice cream i've ever tasted and it's not sweet. The texture is the same as a regular ice cream but the flavor was wow! However, the ice cream is way too pricey! There was no line and took about 3-5 minutes for them to make the ice cream which they will do right infront of you. It's pricey but I think still worth a try, even just once.

Another nitrogen ice cream shop!I really enjoyed the show they put on as they make your ice cream. The science to it is awesome too. Hehehe! Seeing the liquid cream substance turn into something more solid.I found it a bit odd though cause the ice cream melted pretty quickly. A lot faster than other nitrogen ice cream places I've been too. I wonder why though and what factors might contribute to this.We ordered their Coffee Latte, Hershey's Choco, and Bacon Crisps ice cream. The first two were good but nothing out of the ordinary. They tasted like coffee and chocolate. What really stood out for me was the Bacon Crisps. I will ALWAYS try an ice cream flavor with bacon in it. I really do enjoy ice cream flavors with bacon. Hahahaha! What I loved about this one was it lived up to its name. The bacon stayed crispy even after being mixed in with the creamy liquid. The bacon was a generous serving too!The server was very nice and she even offered to take our picture. Always a two thumbs up for very good service!

I love nitrogen ice cream so it was a good thing we tried this place when we were in Shang Mall. Their prices were quite high but their ice cream is so good that it made me forget how much I paid for it. On my first visit, I got sea salt with macadmia and on my next I got oreo with almonds. They were both good but I liked the first combination. I will always make it a point to buy ice cream here whenever I am at Shang Mall.
