You can never go wrong with Italianni’s.First, I ask if I can have my complimentary coffee as I am a BFF (Bistro Frequent website) card member. You can also get it for P2,500.BFF Perks- complimentary coffee or tea for every cardholder- 30% off every Mondays- 20% off every Tuesdays - Sundays- P250 voucher discount for a minimum purchase of P1,000. You’ll have four (4) P250 vouchers. One voucher per visit and it can be combined with the BFF discounts. (Ex. 30% + P250 = total discount)- P1,000 birthday voucher discount for a minimum purchase of P3,000. You can only avail this on the cardholder’s birthday month (any date). It can also be combined with the BFF discounts.If you are a getgo card member, you can have a free Margherita Pizza for a minimum purchase of P1,500. Just provide them your getgo card number. This can’t be combined with the BFF discount and voucher. They told us to just split the bills so we can get the free margherita pizza and have the bff discount and voucher on the other bill.We also had a free vanilla ice cream for our birthday boy, just ask the staff if they have a free cake or anything free for the birthday celebrant.When it comes to their food, Truffle Mushroom Pizza will forever be my favorite. We also ordered their Minestrone Soup, Seafood Cioppino and their Ribs. All of them are really good but the Truffle Mushroom Pizza is really perfect plus their Fresh Lymonada👌🏼Thanks to their staff who accommodated us very well especially with the free foods and discounts.All in all the experience was great. Will definitely come back again with my whole family. You made our little birthday boy really happy 🎂🎈

I love our dining experience here because the food tastes really great. They serve complimentary bread. Serving is huge. Pasta, salad and pizza are good for sharing. Food tastes really good as well. As Bistro Frequent website members, we enjoy our 20% discount and complimentary tea.

This is a magnificent place to eat Italian food in Manila. The staff is extremely friendly and the manager Jeff is very kind and professional, as well as our hostess, Irvy. We started with appetizers of Clams de Manila, which was good. Clams could have been a little bigger but the meat was tasty and sweet. The toasted mozzarella sticks, which they call Italiani’s Frittas, were amazing, the light and fluffy crust melted in your mouth and the mozzarella was incredible. We had ribs and a seafood pasta dish as our main entree’s that were both very tasty and came out in nice sized portions. The orange lemonade drink was super sweet and really good. This is one of the best restaurants I have tried in Manila and you will really enjoy your time here! Thank you Jeff and staff for a great meal and experience 😊

Food was alright but service needs a lot of improvement.Points that made our stay unsatisfactory:1. I made an additional order of Shrimp Fra Diablo to the manager instead of our server with the thought that they would coordinate amongst themselves. My husband then made an additional order of Crispy Pork Ribs to our designated server. All our orders came out except for my Shrimp Fra Diablo. I was even told by the server that I still haven’t given my order which surprised me since I was expecting that they have been preparing it already since a lot of time has passed since I gave my order. I asked for the status and was told that they were preparing it and was asked if I gave my order to her (designated server) since she cannot remember getting my order. I told her it was the manager who took my order and so the server talked to the manager who was inside a room and they were having a discussion. The server told us to wait for 7mins for the pasta to be ready and that she didn’t get the order which the manager insisted she relayed to the server. First point, as the manager, may it be her fault or not, she should have immediately apologized and addressed the concern herself. Second, the server was not that apologetic since she was thinking that it was not her fault. In the end, I was left with no food while all my company were done eating. The issue was not addressed immediately as it should have been if I did not repeatedly followed up. 2. We asked for our BFF free coffee and the server punched the order. No coffee came for around 10-15 mins so we had to ask again. Another coffee order was punched and after a few minutes a cup of coffee arrived. When we checked the bill there were 2 coffees punched with only 1 indicated as free. They had to redo the bill, good thing we made a thorough audit. Late service and erroneous computation!3. Last but not the least, the server was not aware of how the BFF card works! It’s my birth month so the perk is that on your birth month, you’ll get P1,000 discount on your bill plus the discount which is 30% of your bill every Mondays. I asked for the birthday month discount be used on top of the usual discount but was told that I should only choose one discount to redeem, so I had to repeatedly ask her to check first if she doesn’t know the perks of the BFF card. She came back saying that I am indeed correct (BFF card holder for 4 consecutive years, mind you!), and both discounts can be used together. She added though that she suggests we use the birthday discount some other time which I don’t see the logic because how sure is she that within the month will we be reaching P3,000 when it’s usually the hubby and me dining at Bistro group restos. Also, why did she have to insist just because she doesn’t want to prepare another redo on the computation of the bill?! Totally disappointed with the service. Good thing nothing went wrong with the quality of the food.

5 🌟 for food taste ( Perfectly done for the pork chop. Food serving is good for it's price. The pasta, Shrimp Fra Diablo, that we ordered was yummy, not too spicy as we instructed and the seafood flavor mixed well.)3 🌟 for service ( I came again for the 2nd time here because my previous experience was good but unfortunately this time it is not as good as before. Waiters are not attentive and is hard to call. We even keep on repeating ourselves just for them to attend on our concerns.)5 🌟 for ambiance3 🌟 for experience ( Nice place to dine with friends and specially with family.)

There was a time when we used to frequent Italianni's and drown ourselves in pizza and dessert (of course, that's after stuffing our faces with their bread with balsamic, olive oil and parmesan). Guilty. Those were the times when was consistently good and yes, when service was exemplary.But that was before. After a long time, I had a reunion with Italianni's for a quiet Christmas Lunch with former office mates in Discovery Channel Philippines. And this lunch helped confirm what's been happening with Italianni's.The food is still good but what I mentioned earlier, not consistent. That, I can forgive. It's the kind of service, I can't.How many times did we follow up on the appetizers? They were so late that they were served together with mains. And how many times did it happen when the servers brought food on our table which were not ours? Twice? Do you think it stopped there? No. How many times did the servers return from the kitchen to inform us that our orders were not available?Wake up, Italianni's. The free bread and balsamic with olive oil is not enough to make up for such unprofessional performance of your servers. Seriously, give your servers of all branches and give them a refresher course. Sayang kayo.

Never knew I'd feel at home at this restaurant, would always eat dinner here during weekends due to our membership card wherein we get discounts for the food we order. My most favorite dish would be their truffle fries along with their ravioli and Carbonara. I used to order baked ziti but sadly they added some spice which is good for other guests that love spicy food. Nevertheless, their employees are very friendly but they should work more on being aware of their customers that need something such as water, their bill and other major concerns. Highly recommend coming here when there are a few guests.

I've always loved the cheesecakes and desserts from the Bistro Group. Italianni's is no exception.My favorite is the New York Cheesecake (P425/slice) drizzled with strawberry amaretto sauce. Another good one is the Boccone Dolce di Mango (P395/slice), a frozen 5 layer cake with mango ice cream, meringue and fresh mangoes. We capped it with an Americano coffee split into 2. Our bill totaled P710 with senior discount. This plus the previous bill of P199 from Yellow Cab yields P909 within the P1,000 budget for 2 that I have per meal.It makes me happy that my indulgences were fulfilled without really going over the top.

AMBIENCEIt's a pretty restaurant and lots of space is available for dine-in. Location is one of those paths between the old and new parts of Shangri-la Mall.FOODWe kept it simple and only ordered a regular-sized Sicilian Salad, which was pretty filling for two people already. It has romaine, mangoes, red grapes, walnuts, and creamy anchovy dressing. Every bite was very tasty and we had an abundance of free bread to go with it.SERVICEEven near closing time, we got excellent service thanks to the delicious food of the chefs at that late hour plus our server Marj. She was friendly, light, proactive, attentive, and informative (about the beverages she offered when we arrived). We're very impressed and would strongly consider visiting this specific branch in a heartbeat!
