Delicious, pretty basic but hey, good quality steak for even the lower grade ones. As is expected. Also the sides were so tasty, great drinks.

BEYOND AMAZING!!! The steak on the hot stone was perfect! Started off with Smoked Salmon. The Salad with strawberry vinaigrette just blew me away! Cant get over how it all blended perfectly

Wagyu Ribeye Set Meal @ Php 2k ++ using Citibank CCPeas SoupCeasar SaladPremium Wagyu Ribeye Grade 8Mashed Potatoes and Buttered VeggiesCreme BrûléeBecause it's stone grill, I have more control on the "doneness" of the steak. Tender goodness! With the soup, salad and dessert plus the quality of steak, SULIT!Service was also good with extra attention made to check if we are comfortable and if food served was ok.

😍 Top Sirloin Grade 10✒ this is top grade. The meat was so tender and full of flavor.😋 Rib Eye Grade 8✒ this was yum as well. But i think i was expecting it to be more marbled. I like the former better. Availed the grsde 8 with citi promo so it came in with a soup, sides and dessert with coffee. 😋 mashed potato✒ was seasoned well, it complements the steak

I ate here last night, on my birthday, and was extremely satisfied. :)  The food was excellent, as was the service.  I especially recommend the Rib-Eye Steak for your main course (the meat was superb... tender, flavorful and glorious (try to get it at a minimum of grade 8 or higher).  The mushroom soup was also a winner, as was the Panna Cotta (terrific) and Flourless Chocolate Cake (it might taste differently weird for those of you used to the usual, flour-filled version, but the chocolate is rich and yummy and well worth the experiment).  I ate here with my family and everyone enjoyed the food.  The ambiance is also superb.  Elegantly tasteful interiors and lighting (  I want their table lamps for my home... :)  This is a place that is certainly worth the money you'll need to pay for it.  It's certainly not cheap, but whatever it is they charge is absolutely worth it. It was a very happy birthday for me, indeed. :) Over-all, my ratings are as follows:Ambiance: 5 full stars (perfect for a special lunch or dinner);Service: 5  attentive, personable and delightful;Food: 5 full stars (best steak I've tried in Manila apart from La Cabrera, Stockton Place and Mamou);Value for Money: 5 (not cheap, but every peso you spend is well worth it.)  I'm considering going back for Valentine's Day... ;)

For our tenth anniversary (yikee), we decided to have our celebration at the House of Wagyu in Shangri-La. I've always been curious about this place and have always wanted to compare it to Melo's which we go to every now and then for our special occasionsWe ordered their rib eye grade 10 on a stone grill. This came with a salad and their soup of the day. I wasn't able to ask though what the salad and soup were but they were just ok and not particularly memorable. We also ordered their suisse raclette. I was thinking it would be a fairly substantial slab of cheese but it wasn't. It was just a small appetizer and i honestly found it too expensive for what i got out of it.The star of the show of course is the beef and thankfully, it was amaziiing. I like the beef better than the beef at Melo's. Maybe because you can cook and season the beef yourself so you can flavor it the way you want to while cooking it on the stone grill. We cooked the beef i believe medium rare. Pink but with the right amount of crust with pepper and sea salt. Quite good. For dessert, we had their frangelico panacotta and their poached pears ala mode. The panacotta was a bit more solid than what a panacotta should be. It was ok but it could have been softer. As Massimo Bottura puts it, a panacotta should dance on the plate and this did not dance at all. The poached pears were quite nice. I've never had poached pears before and i quite liked it.So overall, despite the other dishes being so so, I'd still give it a 4 because of that amazing steak and Hoise of Wagyu is a steak place so as expected, it was amazing. I'd go back for sure but I'll try the other appetizers and desserts and look for the nice ones

Located at the Podium 5th level.. We arrived there a bit early for lunch around 11am. We were welcome by the staff and assist us to our seats.. Upon ordering, we were told that they have a 35% promo on that day (Oh how nice! 😊) We ordered 350g of Tenderloin Grade 8 (good for 2) and Alfredo con funghi. The order of steak comes with pumpkin soup and a choice of plain rice, garlic rice or mashed potato with veggies..While waiting they served a basket of warm bread with butter.. i liked it..Then they served the pumpkin soup.. i loved it! It's warm and tasty.. afterwards they served the tenderloin in a hot volacanic stone.. if it's your first time they will assist you on how to grill.. the meat was very tender.. meat lover will surely love it especially with red wine (but no red wine for me now.. i'm preggy hehe)The whole experience could be classified as 5-star.The customer service experience is superb!!Would definitely come back on special occasions..And by the way since it's 35% off that day.. from 5K+ our final bill was around 3.9k 🖒

Like the majority of people around the world, I enjoy a good steak. But I must admit, I am not a Steak snob. I only have two simple rules when eating steak. The first being, that the said piece of meat must contain fat. The more the merrier. It just makes the meat juicer for me. I don't know the science of it, but the bottom line is, I like my steak with a lot of fat.

Thanks to a Citibank promo, I got a free trip to this celebrated steak place. It's one of the top destinations for premium meats in town. Wagyu refers to high quality cattle from Japan and it is said to have higher levels of unsaturated fat. I was served 220 grams of top Sirloin Grade 10. The higher the grade the more marbling of fat around the meat. This translates to being more tender, juicy and flavor. It took me a longer time going through my steak. For one it was served to me raw with pepper and salt. The stone grill enables me to prepare it the way I want to. Imagine having some raw, medium rare, medium well and well done all in one piece of fine meat. Doing this was a delight. They give you additional rock salt to heighten it up but I suggest keeping it to the minimum to maximize the real steak experience. No gravy nor other spices like mustard or horseradish are allowed. I was getting depressed knowing my slices were getting less. It was that good! Prior to these salivating meal, I also enjoyed their Zucchini Soup. That warm bowl of veggie was fresh and well prepared. The basket of bread was too soft and tasty which made me guilty having more than I should.
