The food were tasty. I cannot say all because i did not try the Indian food. The dessert section (as always) is the winner. Although there were less food than other buffet restaurants. There were more Filipino food which are SOOO TASTY 😋. I had to come back twice for the tagalog bistek and caesar salad.P.S.The salad section was fun. There is a staff who asks if you want your salad mixed. He will mix the greens and the dressing in a garapon. Kyot. Other buffets should have this too.

For a 2000php per person price tag, I was greatly disappointed. I was expecting more but Vikings NUI Weekend Buffet has more selection and variety with a lower price tag compared to HEAT Lunch Weekend Buffet. There is NONE of the following (Comparing to NUI Vikings Lunch Weekend which has this selection)Leg of LambTurkeyPrime RibsPeking DuckOystersClam ChowderTruffle PastaFoie GrasCrispy PataLiempoShrimp Tempura (I was looking for this and it was not part of the selection...Seriously!!!)Soda or Juice (with additional payment if ordered. The only beverage included on the buffet is water or coffee or tea)The following tasted Bland and/or was not replacedRoasted ChickenLechon de LechoPumpkin SoupCrab Egg SoupCuracha Crab was not refilled and was replaced by Fish fillet.Dessert Spoon or Soup Spoon which should be readily available to guest is missing. You have to content yourself with the utensils you have used repeatedly for viands at your table.Service is a expected since there is a service charge.I will not recommend this buffet. So disappointed.

The seafood bar and dessert station (savarin ftw) redeems the place. Everything else tastes just okay. Recos would be the ribeye done medium well, their indian station is worth visiting too. Yummy yoghurt sauce.

Heat Shangrila is one of the best buffet , lobster night during fridays and wagyu night on saturdays. Its a good pay for your money having so many selections and desserts you could binge on. One of my fave hotels in terms of buffet with worth for your money.

This place does not even deserve a star.  It was lobster night for Friday before Chinese New Year.  We had a big clan of about 20-25 people.  The service was horrible. We always had to call them to clear plates. At $70 per person and a party of our size we expect at least one person to be assign to our table.  This place was severely under staffed.

The japanese cuisine was so bad. The sashimi was not fresh. I even asked the waiter why the tast is different because our table did not eat them. He just said it was frozen. Serbice was bad too. I requested a waiter to serve my laksa, he said yes biut never did it. For the price we pay, its not worth it!!!’

Food variety was fine, wagyu was good. Most of the seafood (crabs and freshwater prawns) were bland. Same goes for the noodle section, I had to add a lot of salt just for me to be able to finish it. Expected more for the price tag but I guess we had to pay for the ambiance, hordes of expats included.

It’s quiet, clean, the lunch buffet is reasonably priced and there is enough variety. I was with my family and we ordered a la carte. Ordered chicken tocino and herbed chicken salad which was ok but i did find the chicken on the dry side. We had carbonara as well and i liked its simplicity and balance. Service was usual standard hotel which was good but the most fascinating part was the holder of the face mask. It needed a bit of instruction to understand.

Too much for breakfast! Started our day in a good mood because of the sumptuous breakfast. Was feeling full until late afternoon. We stayed in a horizon club room which serves free merienda and cocktails from 5-7pm. Will definitely try their lobster night next time.
