Food's your usual and reliable Chinese fare, ranging from dimsum to soups/noodles, and popular Chinese viands. Our group ordered their buttered chicken, salt and pepper spareribs, beef broccoli, fish lip soup, tofu/polunchay soup, yangchow rice platter, for dimsum: beef brisket, chicken feet, hakaw, pork siomai. We had a hard time with their serving staff on the website redemption, and billing had to undergo 3 changes of the receipt due to discount application.

We were looking for a Chinese/Japanese restaurant near Puregold then we saw this place. At first we were hesitant because I don’t know the restaurant, but we still tried. We were welcomed by the staff, and dimsum were offered to us. We chose from their cart. They also gave us tea. Very fast and accommodating. We ordered:California maki: the rice is a little soggy, wasabi isn’t that spicy. Needs a little improvement. Chao fan rice: not that hot when served, but tasty. Hakao/shrimp dimsum, chicken feet, and Tao Pey Roll: delicious. Period. Will defined come back for more.

after 2 years (nagdiet/nagpanggap) nakakain ulit kami dito at after ng unang subo ko nung noodle feast nila napa - "YAAAAAAAAAS GAAAAAAWD" ako sa sarap!!!I've eaten at many Chinese restaurants before but they don't have what I always crave for from Han Pao!! This is one of our go-to places every Sunday, ng family ko, ever since I was in grade school or high school!! First time ako nakakain sa Banawe branch nila but since mas malapit to samin, edi dito na kami madalas kumain. When we go here we don't look at the menu na because we order the same dishes every time!! We've tried a lot of their dishes but these are our favorites:Noodle Feast (syempre!!!)Chicken feet (laging 3 orders neto!!)Tao Pei rollHakawFried dumplingsYang chow fried riceBeef brisket rice topping (guyz ang lambot ng karneng baka nila)Spareribs rice toppingCane juice (discontinued na ata)3 things I love about them:Food (duh!!!)Service (attentive staff kahit madaming tao)Value for your money (pag kumakain kami dito 1k lang para sa 4-5 na katauhan keri na!! Ung noodle feast nila sobrang sulit ang daming sahog/toppings!!)💙💙💙💙

Sudden cravings for hot soup led me here. Upon reading good reviews, I didn't hestitate anymore...and this is the only chinese restaurant in the area (I think).Halo-halo congee, beef mami, friend bean curd are all delicious and generous in portion. You can actually share the mami or congee, then order a dimsum easily with the roving dimsum cart, and you will be full.

One of us is crazy about salted egg but we were not too crazy about Han Pao’s. We managed to eat about 5 pieces of shrimp cause it was too salty for our taste. We also had the Han Pao noodles, that one we liked.

See menu list on my photo set for ZG-eligible dishes (not a lot of choices really). While the spareribs rice toppings tasted great, the beef wanton noodles lacked flavor and also the noodles were not good. Super loved their chili garlic sauce though!A quick fix for P195 with your ZG for both, can't really complain much but hopefully they improve on their noodle quality (and broth).

Food is not as delicious as other dimsum house. Place looks old already. Needs renovation. Will not recommend. Will not be coming back. Not authentic.

The commercial complex now has more tenants besides Puregold Supermarket making it harder to park and more expensive. Han Pao is definitely more cleaner and presentable with its new interiors but the food quality and service changed for the worse. We were the first customers that walked-in on Sunday lunch but our food was only served after 30 minutes. The Lechon Kawali was undercooked (not golden brown) and bland in taste. The Fish Fillet in Beancurd Hotpot was ok but the mushroom ingredients (black and button) used were semi-spoiled with a sour taste. Pork Siomai and Beef Fried Rice was average as same as other Chinese restaurants. Although their specialty Han Pao Noodle Feast is still as good as before. No complaints but compliments only this dish. No other Chinese restaurant offers this kind of dish, next closest would be North's Park Ultimate Noode Feast.Hopefully the management continues to improve their food quality and service since Han Pao Teahouse is one of those niche Chinese restaurants left in the market without being commercialized.

My grown up kids were still babies when I started going to this place. In the twenty plus years that Han Pao has been open, the Philippines has had five presidents! This place is reliable. I know I’m always getting delicious, value for money Chinese food. Outside Le Ching, the hakaw at Han Pao is the best bang for the buck in the Mandaluyong/San Juan area.
