The baby back ribs was scrumptious as well as the juicy fried chicken with the rosemary gravy. They also served us with corn on the cob, requested for Parmesan and Butter. Yum! Pasta was tomato based and is good. I do not like the fried rice that comes with the fried chicken as it has a weird taste. Though not too strong. Triple berries has banana in it which is a berry but I expected it to be more like a blueberry taste. Chicken Parmigiana is dry on the inside even if it has cheese on top.

It's our first time to try Gumbo which is an american/italian/seafood restaurant.FOOD:Bourbon-Style Baby Back RibsCombo DeliciosoSeafood BoilPizza Extravaganza- Well, the Babyback ribs really tastes good. So tender and juicy and the serving was real big even if we just ordered the petite size. Its like one platter is already good for 3-4pax. What I dont like that much is the seafood boil. Seafoods were not fresh. NOT, as in! Too dry and you can see that its like weeks old in the freezer. 👎 I also like the pizza dough, it's chewy and not so like 'tinapay with mantika'. Its yummy! 😊PLACE: The place is not that crowder. We're the only group dining in. Maybe some just haven't tried this restau yet.PRICE: So affordable if you'll consider the serving size.SERVICE: There were only 3 staffs in the restau when we dined in. But then they still managed to accomodate us properly.----- I'm giving 4 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 😊

A lot of interesting places opening up in Megamall which is why it took as a long time tor revisit Gumbo. I was pleased to see that they had very affordable promos including a bogo on a steak dish, which we got. Additionally, we ordered an artichoke dip for the appetizer, a good thing since they took some time to serve the steak. We had a choice of two side dishes. When our orders arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the big servings. Overall, I enjoyed our meal and the food tasted well.I just have some concerns, hence the low rating. The utensils were old. One server carelessly puts down pitchers for the refillable lemonade and iced tea which causes it to spill and looked like she didn't mind wiping it. The person who took our orders asked us thrice, not because of eagerness but because they were rushing us. The place looks dim and old as well, and it gives off a gloomy rather than a cozy feel to it.

We celebrated my sister's birthday here. They have big servings. Don't forget to try their jambalaya. It's my favorite dish out of all the ones we ordered.

Gumbo is the go-to place when looking for big meals without having to burn a big hole in your pocket. Their chicken and pork chop are sumptuous, and their pizzas are flavorful. Service is also really good, although the service charge in the restaurant is a bit steep. Nevertheless, Gumbo is one of the best places to celebrate with a large number of friends and for people with big appetites.
