Pizza is 💜 and it can be healthy. Margherita pizza by my favorite @ginosbrickovenpizza proves just that 🤣. It's brick oven pizza with tomato sauce, kesong puti, parmesan, and basil leaves on top. Hey, it's even good for Lenten Fridays. I love dipping it in their spicy honey. I love dipping any of their pizzas in their spicy honey. Hehe. 😊💜💜💜💜 #musttryph #ginosbrickovenpizza #margherita #healthypizza #brickovenpizza #favorite #italian #website #foodgram

Had a quick dessert run in Gino’s Podium branch. Ordered their Chocolate Pie. It tasted very chocolatey and it was very moist. It’s like a moist brownie but in a pie shape. The serving though is a bit small for a 105-peso pie slice.-----I ordered one of my favorite pastas of all time - Aglio Olio. Despite knowing that this dish is super drenched in oil, I still liked for its simplicity and richness in flavor. I liked how I can taste garlic in every bite. I tried lessening the oil before eating it by transferring the pasta onto another plate. Aside from eating pasta, I also shared a pizza with a friend. Since he’s the one craving for pasta and asked to dine in Gino’s, I asked him to choose the flavor. He got SMEGG which was composed of, according to the menu, Homemade Sausage, Mushroom, Eggs, Gouda and Cream. It sounds like a normal pizza flavor but once it arrives, you’ll decide that it’s not. This is because of the eggs! This pizza is totally new to me since it’s my first time to see eggs (cooked sunny side up way) as a pizza topping. Even though the eggs made the pizza-eating experience a little messier than the usual, it was still good. It was like eating a sausage and mushroom omelette, pizza style. Our visit was during lunch on a weekday. We arrived at exactly 12 noon and ended our meal at an hour after. During the time we finished, there was a short queue outside Gino’s. I guess Gino’s is a good place to have lunch on a weekday as they have enough space to accommodate the demand.

A few weeks back, my college friends and I pushed to meet for dinner on a week night since our schedules are all packed with meet ups and travels in the next weeks to come. And since most of them are working in Ortigas, L and I had to brave the traffic going north. And we survived to have dinner at…Gino’s Brick Oven Pizza. It has been quite a while since I last visited Gino’s Brick Oven Pizza. I think it was over 3 years and it was with my favorite Takaw Trio (T3) friends. Anyway, this time around, we tried Mushroom Pizza (PHP375), Prosciutto Pizza (PHP445), Carbonara (PHP220), Pesto Pasta (PHP225), Nutella Soup (PHP195) and Crack Pie (PHP55, slice).

Number of times visited: more than 2XParking: Mall parkingFood: The pasta and pizza in Gino’s are consistently good! It’s really hard to choose a favorite but if we were to choose it would be the burrata, Salted Egg Pasta and the BOMB. They also have a spicy honey condiment that takes the food to another level. Price: It can be quite expensive if you compare it with the other pizza/pasta joints. However, you won’t get this great tasting, quality food in other places either. We say, it’s worth it!  Service: Polite attendants and food served promptly – what’s not to like? Place: There are enough sitting area in the Podium branch. On a side note, we’ve been to the Salcedo branch, it’s quite crowded most especially on peak dining hours. Repeat: Yes!

One of the yummiest brick oven pizza place I have been to. My favorite is the SMEGG for pizza and Aglio Olio for pasta. Always excited to eat whenever I am approaching the place. Service plus. Maybe a little upgrade on the appetizer menu would be lovely? 👍

Had the bacon and margherita pizza and pasta (tomato basil, carbonara and aglio olio). Food was not served hot/warm. Same experience with the coffee. Not much choices for desserts but the salad was good!

Found this because of Kris TV. You cant go wrong in dining here. The pizza is superb, well accdg to an Italian friend it is so close to authentic. Well haven't been to Italy so how would I know? JK. Pizza here is not your typical pizza. Something more innovative. I suggest you should try their pesto, I enjoyed mine.

Love the lemon mushroom pasta! I really love cream and parmesan together as well as the mushroom. And the squeeze of lemon is the perfect complement. The meat pizza is good but is better with the spicy honey. The service is also good, very friendly staff.

Love their brick oven pizzas. One downside is they don't have any choice of protein for your sides. So whenever you dine here, you will expect a carbo-loading menu.

They said that "Pizza is life". I think Gino gave my pizza life! Haha! Love their Salted Egg pasta and for their pizza, SMEGG is definitely a must try. Great service too! And ortigas branch's really peaceful.
