Nice ambience and nice service. The food was awesome, try thier signiture pasta it was so yummy and tasty. They also offer milk tea, and it was fantastic. The pearl was so soft and yummy the cream cheese was so tasty. I will recommend this coffee shop to all my friends and relatives, its worth it to try here.

Love the coffee here and their little oscar cake. Always a nice place to chill. Right amount of crowd, not too much. Manager was assistive so were the staff. Maybe music can be improved.

Visited this branch soooo many times already. Love Figaro's Pasta ala Carlo and Spanish Chorizo pasta! I appreciate a good coffee place with good food! ♡ Was even surprised by their milk tea - it was really worth the try and I'd definitely order it again. Forgot to take a photo it but it was really tasty and creamy; boba was soft and easy to chew. Their little oscar is one of my favorites too. Cinnabun was soft and tasty. Most of the pastry are moist and are always fresh! Staff consistently greet and is always attentive. It's a place where you can have your breakfast, lunch, and dinner aside from coffee 'cause food is always cooked fresh & flavorful. Other foods I can recommend are: Five Cheese and Garlic pizza, Pork Belly BBQ, Adobo Flakes with Kare-Kare and Tuna Salpicao. Good job to the manager!

Good food made with good ingredients. Love the salads - both Greek roka and chicken ceasar. Fresh crisp lettuce, yummy sauce, crunch walnuts/almonds. The four cheese pizza is cheesey goodness in every bite.

It’s been so long since I last tried Figaro but I’m happy to be back. I ordered Caramel Macchiato (which didn’t make me sleep btw haha) and Carbonara. The Carbonara was pretty decent. If you like creamy carbonara then you’ll like their carbonara. The Pesto was okay too although it’s too oily for my liking.

The food was good in terms of presentation and serving size. I ordered the Spanish Chorizo Pasta and Chicken and Mushroom carbonara. I enjoyed the chicken carbonara more, but of course this is just my personal taste. It is not an Italian style carbonara and is cream based, anyway food doesn't have to be authentic to taste good. The Spanish Chorizo's flavor is a little overwhelming for me as I like my food on the blander side and it is an oil based sauce so I ate it sparingly because I suffer from acid reflux quite often, but the noodles in both orders were cooked properly.The service was excellent, the staff were very accomodating and helpful and the tables, dining wear and cutlery were very clean. They provided enough table napkins which is a relief from all the restaurants that scrimp on this. I would definitely recommend Figaro at Shang ri La. I didn't get to take a picture of the food before I dove in because I was so hungry. But these were my orders.

Staff are courteous, food are great and most especially they deliver a great service and makes you feel that you are just eating at home with their warm accommodation. The milk tea is a bomb which is an extraordinary for a coffee shop. Overall this branch is great

The store is good, what makes is good is the excellent service given by all staff that make you feel special. Food is good as well their pasta ala carlo is out of this world, you can taste the flavor and goodness in one

The food was great. Serving was just enough for a not-too-hungry person. The place was clean though the area was quite small. The baristas were friendly and nice. They attended to us quickly and politely. :)
