Very impressed with the ambiance and the 2 dishes we ate. Concept is awesome, you simply follow the 4 steps; 1. CHOOSE the fresh food you want, then 2. ORDER from barista, 3. PAY at the cashier and 4. ENJOY your awesome food! :) Plenty of food to choose from, when you really look to Meats to Go, Delicatessen and Meats & Seafood. Actually a good variety! Also a good variety of mineral drinks and wines besides the coffee's! :)We ordered the Artisan Lasagna and the Smoked Salmon. These are 2 delicate dishes, with many smoked salmon the smokiness over powers the actual fresh salmon taste. Where as this one was the perfect balance of smokiness. With many lasagna's I've tasted, at times the sauce has to much tomato and in this case again meat and sauce was perfectly balanced. So very happy with both meals and they get an #AwesomelyYummy from me! Will be back here again for sure when I'm at Shangri-la.

The idea of Epicurious as a food market is interesting but this place still lacks some products that will set it apart. The place is cozy and is not too crowded. You could check out some cold sausages and have it cooked. Or maybe get a platter of cold cuts and cheese with some bread. Price is a bit higher than some other deli namely Rustan's Marketplace and Santi's when it comes to the cheeses and cold cuts. You could stop by here for coffee and dessert. The chocolate Truffle cake was really good. Not too sweet and a real treat for chocolate lover's. The cake servings are big enough too share unless you are a sweet tooth.Staff is friendly and efficient.

Not strategically located but so glad we came to know this deli shop as we love ambiance, delicious food cooked by CCA chefs and service. I loved the way they cooked to a very medium rare way the rib eye steak I ordered...though find the steak slab kind of thin. There mash potato, bolognese, lasagna and sandwiches are very good! You can also choose from an array of good wine, cold cuts and cheese. Should have more people coming in...seems to lack marketing and hype!

Last time I went here was I think a year ago but I don't know what has happened why this place is so bad nowPlace was hot in our seats.Wifi password is wrong even though we typed it correctly. Slow service and they even exchanged our orders and the other table. The lasagna was cold in the bottom and to top it of,pricy. Not going to visit this place again.Bad experience.

Good company plus good food = perfect lunch. Tried Epicurious once, planning to go back again for sure. Pasta and cake is the bomb! Will recommend this.

The concept of Epicurious is attractive. A deli with european products that you can take home or consume on site. You have a large selection of meat, cheeses and sandwiches. In reality, it's not as perfect as it should be.The restaurant was desperately empty in lunch time and seeing only 1 staff covering the bar, the dining area and the cashier, it seems like it's something quite regular.Let's itemize what we tried today:- 5 cheese-sandwichNot something I liked at all. Bread was too bland, cheese didn't bring anything. Sad to say but 7/11 grillee cheese sandwich is way way way better than that.- Spaghetti BolognesePasta was overcooked, meat and sauce were ok. It should have been served with cheese.- Italian sausagesTasty, well cooked and not too oily !- Pork steakWell marinated, slightly overcooked but work your plating.- Lemon basil fishOne of the thing I love to cook at home. Fish wasn't pan seared and cooked with lot of care that was really good.- Paella riceTop ! Not too oily, no artificial flavours, a real winner.- Mashed potatoesStraight forward we liked it- Pink LemonadeNot too sweet, very good actually.Overall I really appreciated the fact that there was no artificial flavours, but Nothing was a "wow".I still consider that this place should be visited by anyone whose craving for some european stuff!

Most of the time we often lead ourselves to well established restaurants that are well known towards the Filipino masses whether its a fine dining establishment or a simple fast food joint. Yet in the most unexpected of places you can find yourself in a quaint little market that serves decent food, which is freshly made for you upon ordering a meal.It is with Epicurious that I was able to experience this first hand. What seems to be like a relaxed market of food turned out to become a unexpectedly impressive restaurant. With a simple order of steak and a few sides you are introduced to a questionable moment when at first the food seems simple enough to cook at home yet once you dig in your perspective of freshly cooked dishes completely changes all of a sudden. Their use of various ingredients with the gravy on the side and the herbs topped on the steak allow the diner to completely feel how home cooked meals should be when mastered to near perfection. Even the pumpkin soup creates a strong yet ideal complement of flavours towards each other, and this elevates the feasting experience even more. Service was well established on the first moments you step foot in this place as you are able to pick out what food and style of dish you could possibly want.In all its simplicity lies a great secret that only those who truly understand food can truly relate to. Once you are able to grasp a bite out of this place you would not want to even cook for yourself but instead allow this place to be your little haven for all things truly delicious, and in that sense is what it means to live curiously on food.

Hidden in the lower ground floor of shang's east wing is this restaurant. Concept is quite different from the norm. You choose your raw meat, have it cooked. We ordered each a rib eye steak. I had mine cooked medium rare. They cooked it nicely, juicy and tender. It was quite huge too for 800pesos. It comes with a side, your choice of mashed potato or garlic rice. I had their garlic rice and it was ok. We also ordered some sausages and prosciutto to share. Their sausages were cooked nicely too, juicy and not oily. Overall I liked their food but is quite pricey.

Epicurious was such an enjoyable experience. The restaurant is also a deli: you get to choose your food and have them cook it for a measly 5% surcharge. They have a lot of meats ranging from bacon, chicken, sausages, ribs, and cold cuts. They have a bread basket with butter for just 130 pesos which is value for money. They also have a lot of products, both Filipino treats and silverware. Plus, there's also a mini cafe to order coffee and cake.Their food are cooked well and the meat is fresh and a good serving. At 55 pesos, their Mozarella chese is great. Their sausages and curry chicken are really must-trys. Their hams and bacons are also options, and if you want to cook them yourself at home, it's still as good. I also had their chocolate truffle cake, which oozed and was really rich without being too sweet. The place has functional wi-fi and the service is really amazing. The staff are really accomodating and friendly and my experience was a really good one. My only critique would be that they don't have enough cheese options, but everything was really great. I would definitely come back and bring my friends.
