I ordered delivery through website and selected their Loco 1 which featured 4 pieces of chicken, two sides, two salsa, two tacos, and two drinks. The meal arrived on time and was well packaged, and still warm. The chicken was moist and very tasty as was the Spanish Rice as well as the coleslaw. I ordered each of the two desserts (Ube, and Flan), which were acceptable even if prepackaged. The only hiccup I can provide was the beverages. I ordered two Sprite but was sent an ice tea and a cola. Overall, I would recommend El Pollo Loco for delivery and will order from them again.

Their chicken tastes consistent ever since. Best to wrap your chicken, rice, salsa and some corn with their pita. Try the place out if you haven't yet.

Went here for lunch and had "2 chicken + 2 sides Meal". It was good and filling, and I liked it since I love roasted chicken meals as a healthier alternative. The salsa goes well with the chicken. What I don't like is the staff were not friendly and service time was a bit slow.

This grilled chicken place is a Megamall staple for many years now. The store evolved with the evolution of the mall. Serving is generous, and pricing is fair. Better than Kenny Roger’s. I ordered the two chicken, 2 sides of choice (I chose spanish rice and coleslaw), which comes with 2 tortillas. Chicken is moist and with great flavor. The salsa (mild) gives freshness. Spanish rice is ok but not for cumin-sensitive people. It’s fun eating the chicken with the tortillas.The menu does not warn you about the 5% service charge, which I don’t understand since you still need to line up with the counter. They should remove the service charge since there is no real service.

Amazing chicken! Second time here and I'm really impressed. The java rice is fragrant and goes so well with the lean chicken. Also, try their nachos, you won't regret it!

This place honestly deserves to have more branches.We love their chicken and tortilla wrap down to the salsa and rice. Best paired with ketchup.My partner introduced me to this place, and I was indeed hooked! The place looked better now after undergoing a renovation.Hopefully they'll be able to expand and cater to delivery orders.

ilang weeks na din craving ni C ito. it’s one of our constants pag nasa megamall kami, lalo pag may plans na mag dessert pagkatapos. nakaka busog pero di nakaka bloat, at consistent ang taste ever since. downsides? paliit ng paliit ang serving size ng chicken, at di pa rin nila sinasama yung 5% service charge sa menu prices nila kahit marami nang nagreklamo. still, we consider it one of our comfort food, specially for C. check out the pics to see what makes up the perfect bite for her! Chicken and Mexican rice tastes good! Food arrived within a few minutes after ordering. The price is just right for the taste and they have group meals for cheaper cost.

Been a lover of chicken dishes, El Pollo Loco is definitely one on my list. Located at SM Megamall. This resto is a must try for those who are looking for the Mexican flavor in a dish. You’ll experience the taste of different spices used to prepare the food. The price is also affordable so its a good place to bring friends to catch up. 👍
