We usually get an amazing service with their good food but got disappointed yesterday. It was way past the lunchtime rush hour so less people. We see the servers chatting along near the counter but seems to not minding the people dining in. Asked for chili sauce to go with our noodle soup, need to ask 3 servers for it. Arrived when im almost done eating.

My first time here and maybe my last. Service is the worst here, wait staff is totally disinterested in serving. We ordered chicken baos which were served without any condiments so I had to go fetch the waiter and ask for the same. we had also ordered mushroom wontons which came absolutely cold after reminding twice. Main course we ordered mushroom fried rice and three cup chicken. You can see from the picture that we were served our rice first with no plates and cutlery. The staff forgot about chicken dish so again I had to ask for it as the rice was getting cold. 10 mins after that the chicken came which was too hard and super chewy. I again went looking waiter to give my feedback and ask for plates and cutlery. Overall an absolute pathetic experience.

Consistently amazing food and superb service since It opened in 2016. Our servers Shaina, Ericson and Paul were especially attentive. Din Tai Fung truly deserves all the praise they get!
