As part of my second visit in Makansutra Megamall I was so happy to eat here with a companion so that I can share the dishes and I can order more.As our dessert we opted for the banana roti of Curry Flurry .I love roti prata it was my favorite choice as breakfast in KL,their roti is nice love the texture the banana filling was cooked just right. And the price is 120pesos which is reasonable for two pieces of yummy rotis.

Probably one of the worst prata place I've ever been to. Pratas' taste and quality are no way near the ones in Singapore. I suggest skipping their pratas.

I finally decided on Curry Flurry to get some Malay specialties. It's so common to see these dishes in Singapore, as the culinary influence of these two neighboring countries on each other is pretty strong. I tried their version of the chicken biryani and got some roti on the side. I'm cray-cray for roti. I just thought the curry itself was okay, but the chicken and the rice were really dry. The roti was pretty oily but still good. I did wish they provided more curry to go with the roti though. I don't know, overall the experience at Makansutra was just okay. The food can be very expensive, especially if you go trying stuff from stall to stall. Being in a bigger group would be a better strategy here, I think. Which stall would you guys recommend here?

If you are craving for Asian cuisine and dishes rich in spices and flavor, you have to try Makansutra which opened just last year in Megamall Building A.What's good about Makansutra is that it is group / family friendly. Their dishes are for sharing. There are 11 stalls to choose from and everything is equally appealing and worth a try. Let's not forget the Plain Roti (P80) at Curry Flurry. I really loved the curry flavor and the texture of the roti was very light and airy. It was just right. We also had the privilege to see how this was being made and it was so exciting to eat it - to see how your food is being done. They also had Roti with cheese and it was so delicious as well! Those are 2 of my favorite things. It was such a good experience to be dining here at Makansutra because you don't have to be in Singapore to taste these wonderful flavors and have the same authenticity and quality. (Plus it's even cheaper than flying to Singapore!)Overall I was so glad that Makansutra finally came to the Philippines and since my husband loves Asian cuisine I'm pretty sure we would be dining often in this place that boasts of heritage, culture and a burst of spices and flavor. :)-----------------------------------Makansutra PHSM Megamall Building A

Curry Flurry is another part of the Makansutra franchise by KF Seetoh. Aside from our set, we ordered some roti separately. The plain roti served with curry sauce/gravy and a sweet kind with chocolate sauce. The plain roti was just okay. It wasn't as tasty and fluffy/stretchy than the usual. The curry sauce was good though, but can't compensate with the texture. The chocolate roti with condensed milk was rubbery and dense. The ones i usually have in Indonesia was sof and stretchy, even if its folded. They even add egg inside to add flavor. It was a big disappointment for me to have this here. I've had a lot of rotis from my travel, and most of the time I buy them from food carts just along the market. Freshly made for you.Considering this came from a world renown brand, disappointing...#TheFoodCrawlers #SplatMNL #OngsFoodprints
