I am to Shangri-La Mall in Mandaluyong for many periods but this is actually the first-time I tired having supper at Corazon Hispano Filipino. The restaurant offers modern Filipino dishes which are really delicious. We tried the twice-prepared adobo and pork embotido(btw, the menus is interesting because the typical Filipino meals can be found in different names) plus they are so significantly, the best we've actually tasted. Cost is not actually cheap but definitely inexpensive. Ambience is okay and staff have become accommodating. Will be back again to try various other menu items. Take note: This is an unbiased review and we didn't receive any settlement for the comments.

This restaurant is situated in the Shangri-La Plaza, that is linked to the hotel we were residing at EDSA Shangri-La. Menus is definitely Filipino with Spanish twist. The majority of the products we ordered were very good but just a little overpriced. Worthy of a try though.

I actually went here for a group dinner and everyone appreciated this location. We were a big group however they seated us immediately and regardless of the place being complete, the staff was constantly available and ready to assist. You know the meals is good whenthere is not a individual morsel left by the end of the dinner. Everything was prepared to perfection. Excellent time, great food!

This restaurant in the brand new wing of Shangrila mall in Ortigas serves great Filipino food with Spanish influence. We purchased the seafood paella, Sisig ,caldereta and a soup singing in addition to the sumam with latic sauce which are really tasty. Actually the laundry havenames from Rizal s Noli Me Tangere book I believe . In any case we had a great time but the employees could have been even more attentive- we had to help keep waving at them to obtain their attention for even more water, obtain extra teaspoon in no way came , but we do enjoy our food.

We've pointed out that this restaurant is definitely packed so we made a decision to try it for the post-graduation celebration. Their menus supplies the mainstays of any Filipino-Spanish eating place. We tried a few of their tapas, their seafood paella, grilled tuna tummy and pork binagoongan for the maindishes. We enjoyed the baked mussels however the remaining food is typical and will be on the salty part. The price is really a little bit steep for what you are getting. One good factor going for this cafe though is their provider. The staff was helpful and accommodating without having to be obtrusive. Overall, the meals is typical and a little overpriced.

Its weekend friday, the right old-time friends get-together supper and we choose CORAZON at dining places in Shangrila Mall (new wing). The homey internal and smiling personnel invited us ahead in and try. Most of us, our first-time, we didnt regret thechoice, we like the filipino-spanish twist! The best and I would recommend that you attempt the PAELLA VALENCIANA, like the mouth-watering texture, sooo think it’s great, far better eat it while nevertheless warm. I also like the TOLEDO (Kinilaw na Tuna w/ Liempo) best mixture of vinegar and spice. Attempt their PILAR furthermore (Inihaw na Pusit), additionally it is excellent. Though their Cadiz (Crispy fried chicken is really a bit dried out and ordinary but nonetheless gives Corazon the thumbs up, mi corazon!

Pinoy favorites receive the refreshing twist by Corazon; and alongside it a marked update in taste. The lumpiang sariwa appears fresher, callos even more flavorful. Even traditional road food is given owing respect, making its consuming more celebratory and therefore more enjoyable. If Iwere to entertain out-of-towers, this might be the spot to do it. Another branch of Corazon will be in the Shangrila Mall East Wing in Pasig. Both are no problem finding.

Though a pricey, Corazon includes a lot of good selections for their appetizers. From pandasal with chorizo, clams, longganisa and the lechon. Suggestion is merely have appetizers and talk about. Good ambient and fantastic crew.
