Been here once with the mall just recently opened. We are very fortunate to accommodate by this restaurant. I think were 10 to 12 pax that time so they immediately fixed tables for us. :) the food here was great. If you want to eat something new type of chicken. This is what your looking for. :)

Was quite disappointed when they already ran out of roast chicken as early as 11:30am so i went for the Angus roast beef. Take note: i'm a first timer and i ordered to go. When i got back at the office, i opened my food and voila! Take a look at the picture... That's it for almost 200?? And just when i started eating, my plastic spoon broke when i was going over the rice... Not even the beef. Hay what a horrible experience. I dont think i'm ever gonna eat there again.

Filipino fast food with a twist is what they offer: chicken liver adobo with cumin taste and macaroni soup with the sampalok cringe are my top picks. They need to work on their slow customer service and their ordinary looking dessert selection courtesy of the missus.

Damn! Most food on the menu not available, and it's not even near closing time. Ended w/ fried chx adobo and bagoong rice that tastes BAD. Wont come here ever.

A fusion of Filipino Cuisine and Grilled Cuisine. Ambiance of the restaurant is just like your normal fast food joint, almost reminds me of a Max's Set Up. Only this is more informal of a setting. Wait staff aren't so much prompt and attentive to diners, maybe it was because they're about to close when I went to dinner here. I ordered Pork Liempo Roast -- The meal was served slightly cold, although the pork was deep fried and perfectly crisp, it was bland, nothing really special that sets it apart from other food spots that offer the same item, it was over priced for its quality that disappointed me, I could have done with SM's Rotisserie section at the Supermarket and it's cheaper there. I understand that they specialize in Pugon Roasted Chicken and I could have probably gone for either the chicken instead or their sizzling angus roast beef as they are advertised as the place's best seller, but still, that wasn't an excuse to do poorly on a pork liempo. It's pretty basic of all items on their menu. Love the crispy texture of the pork skin, but that isn't enough to compensate for the bland taste. I may reconsider another visit. The Sizzling Angus Roast Beef looks promising.

Just for Chef Lau's Pugon Roasters I went to SM light mall reading reviews on how good it is ,I was intrigued .So I was amazed by this sisigan at around 10:30am on a weekend it was already packed with customers. I ordered their signature dish ,the roast beef and the crispy isaw. The roast beef so tender, succulent and the fat of the beef melts in the mouth and the atsara cuts the richness of the dish, the crispy chicken isaw reminiscent of the one that were being sold on the streets tho this dish was crispier and of course more sanitary. Two thumbs at babalik ako!and not a wallet burner!

We orderedPugon Roast Chicken = 119 *This is one of their flag bearer as it boast that it is a best seller. It is affordable but the quality has been compromised since its very dry and almost bland. 👎Crispy Chicken Croquettas = 109 *An appetizer with 5 thumb size pieces of chicken chunks with cheese fillings. It was just an okay food ,not very tasty. And I can taste the overused oil within the chicken. 👎Angus Roast Beef = 209 *This is their slow roasted Angus beef belly with gravy. It's rich in flavor and the beef is very tender. 👍Chicken Liver Surprise = 99 *Opposite to it's name, nothing is surprising with this meal, except that it has over- powering cumin taste. 👎

Chef Lau's Pugon Roasted Chicken works with your limited budget and compliments your exploring taste buds! The Pugon Roasted Chicken is the game changer treating you to a feast. The tedious marination process did wonders to this one making your meal oh so palatable! Upgrades also come with meals, additional 6php for unli rice and 25php for drinks and ice cream. Talk about affordability! 👍🏼

Good servings at affordable prices! The chicken tasted great, nicely seasoned and soft. I like the texture. Chicken sisig was also delicious, coming in a big sizzling plate. Sopas was surprising, as it was sour, but it tasted good as well. Definitely coming back here again!
