visited 16th of january, around 3pm.we just wished that staff would be more helpful of what milk tea to get.we generally like milk tea that has rocksalt and cheese on top, but man behind the counter said that it has to be an additional order.their milk tea is good... and they have couches available outside the store.. in pink and purple.

ChaTime Megamall is always full whenever I visit so most of the time we end up ordering for to go. This particular visit allowed us to stay for about half an hour. I ordered the Taro Milk Tea with pudding as an add on and the chicken. Both taste good in my opinion.

Milk tea can be addictive. I remember having at least one a week during its peak years back. It has survived and its likely to stay. It's quick access. It satiates sweet cravings. It refreshes when you need it. However on their newest drink, Milk Tea with Coconut, it disappoint. No trace of coconut. Weird touch of after taste. And at 0% sugar it was already sweet. The Chicken Chops though were amazing! It's well seasoned and generous for it Php 100 price tag. Best with their tomato ketchup.

This is our favorite tambayan whenever we're waiting for someone. Chatime never fails to satisfy our craving for milk tea. Their service time isn't fast but isn't slow either. It wouldn't really annoy people since you could have a chance to chat. It's probably worth it since once the wait is over, you get to drink the best milk tea you would ever drink.Their milk tea is very affordable, along with the other drink. A stated that it was the best milk tea he's tasted. We give a perfect score to their milk tea. It never disappoints us!What I don't really like is the long wait in the line. The minimum time that you stand waiting for your turn is about 3 minutes or so. But then, the waiting is still worth it just to get a taste of their delicious milk tea.The ambiance is quite calming. It's a great place to relax with your friends or to catch up with someone that you haven't seen in a long time. Although it's really HARD to find seats since a lot of people go here. You have to wait for someone to exit the place and you literally have to race there before someone takes a seat. But then, once you take a seat you could relax on their soft couch and chairs.The appearance of the drink is quite simple, not over the top. What matters is the taste of it anyway right?

FOODI've only been here a few times because I'm not a fan of milk tea, but I've tried Wintermelon and Taro Milk Tea with Pudding. Gave it a try because it seems exotic. Tastes good but the small bits made me uncomfortable and may get "nakakaumay" if u drink it in one sitting. It's good nonetheless! Still going for the classic Wintermelon, if I may choose.AMBIANCEIt was around 8:30pm and there were still a lot of people. The place was so open that I can hear the crowd outside and then in the middle of my stay, one of the staff played a song, a song that I used to like but became annoying because it's so loud that I can't hear what my friends are talking about..SERVICESatisfactory

I finally tried Chatime a week ago when my friend was craving for a milk tea. It is also good to know that you can also adjust the sugar level of your depending on your preferred sweetness. I also love the ambiance of their place. I ordered their Pearl Milk Tea and I like it and I would definitely go back to try other flavors.

Stopped by here for a quick drink (was looking for something refreshing) as I waited out the long lines and traffic. Surprisingly difficult to find considering it has quite a big storefront. Definitely would not have found it on my own if I was walking randomly in Megamall.I stuck to my tried and true drink, going for the Honey Lemon Aloe. The place was crowded with people whom I suspect were waiting out the rush hour(s) as I was. Unfortunately, that mean limited seating options. However, upon closer inspection of the seats available, the colorful exteriors are unable to hide the wear and tear that was evident. That and the trash that hadn't been cleared yet made the wait for my drink less than appetizing/desirable (Bubble/Milk teas seem to prefer limiting staff which is understandable but makes managing larger spaces such as this one, more complicated). Overall, I enjoyed my drink. It was made well, refreshing, just the right sweetness and taste. However, I enjoyed my drink elsewhere as their space, with the loud pink and purple plastic chairs, just didn't feel like the relaxing environment that I was looking for to enjoy my drink.

I have trouble explaining Chatime's appeal to my family, particularly to hubby. Whenever we're anywhere near an outlet, we will always order some for takeout. I guess we find the combination of the mild milk tea and the gummy pearls refreshing and yummy. My daughter, however, prefers the smoothies.

Since I work around the area, I usually buy my milk tea here. I recently tried their new Thai milk tea and it was good, not too sweet and the taste is close to the real Thai milk tea.

Owner was super arrogant. Asked for a favor to reseal my drink bought in another chatime store/ another mall because it was still full and I have to keep it in my bag. They could have refuse if they are not willing to. But the owner reseal it with a plastic soaked in water and almost shouted telling me to not do it next time because it was unfair with them. Everyone was staring at me as if I stole something. Terrible experience
