Waited for more than 30 minutes for the food to arrive that looked so far from the photo in the menu. Very poor presentation. Followed up several times, told us that the food is coming.. When the food finally arrived, it was cold!! Service is extremely poor..

Cajun Review:Ambiance: 3/5, restaurant needs renovation. Its a bit old.Food: 3/5, the taste of the food changed. Cajun's food suddenly was salty. Staff: 4/5, great service!Please expect that some food's in the menu are not available.

Ambiance: 3/5The restaurant has a beautiful red interior but alongside with it is their creaking chairs, loud music and as we have been seated, we noticed that it was a bit hot inside the resto because they don't have their own air conditioner inside. The door was left open so that the air coming from the mall's aircon can enter the premise. Service: 2/5I have nothing else to say about the service but .. it is written on their faces (staffs) that they are not happy to be there. It is evident that they lack motivation to do the best that they can on their respective jobs. Food: 2/5Planned to order the bacon overload pizza, louisiana buffalo wings, and quesadilla platter but my sister and I ended up trying their bacon overload pizza and louisiana buffalo wings which appears to be their bestsellers. I gotta be honest, I was pretty disappointed when the food arrived after 15-20 mins. of waiting because we didn't expect that they have small servings of food. Aside from the meal portion/size, the bacon is undercooked and the buffalo wings' center is cold. Lastly, I wasn't impressed by the flavors of the pizza and buffalo wings and by that, I personally think that you can have the same flavors that Cajun Red Rock is offering for a cheaper price from a different food stall or joint.

Dine for a very late lunch at 4pm. Surprisingly I loved the taste of their Cheesy Mini Cajun Meatballs Spaghetti. The sauce is creamy, the meatballs were cooked fried but very soft in the inside. No need to add Parmesan Cheese on top. We also tried Cajun Fried Chicken with Country Potatoes and Grilled Corn Cobbettes. Nothing special on this main entrée. I just liked the taste of the corn because it has sweetened butter on it. Overall experience, I was satisfied. The ambiance is good, the servers were accommodating and the food were served perfectly enticing.

FOOD: 9/10 the flavors are overwhelming.AMBIANCE: 6/10 the place is kinda quiet but the one wmthing that I don't find pleasing was on how the designed the place.SERVICE: 8/10 they entertain your orders that is maybe because they have less customers.

An okay place for jambalaya which was served hot on a cast iron plate .The pizza was thin and crispy. The bbq sauce and bacon was not an ideal combo for a pizza, tbh.Their "special two tiered iced tea drinks were the surprise of the day, though.

I have forgotten that we had eaten here... Seriously! 😱I think that doesn't bode well for a resto that the only thing we could remember ordering was the iced tea... I suppose I didn't hate it either, the experience & the food were just forgettable...

Plus the calamari was too hard, and they have failed to clean the shrimp.Ambience: 4I absolutely adore the red and white theme. We sat beside the tv, and they played all the right songs along with famous movie ost.Service: 3.5The waiter was kind enough to answer our questionz with the food cause there's really no explanation on the menu. But he was clearly showing that he was getting impatient with out questions.Overall the salad was worth the try. It was good but not worth the money.

We ordered Cajun Spiced Chicken and Roasted Garlic Shrimp Pasta.The chicken fillet was good, it was soft and tender and the marinade rub was tasty but there is no wow factor that would make me want to go back to this resto to order this.The pasta was yummy and it was swimming in sauce which was good thing since that sauce was a winner. They say their serving is American size but it really is good only for one person if you have a big appetite.Decent resto, better make their dishes less expensive to attract more customers. Being in front of a buffet resto is not helping them.
