Bread and coffee is a perfect afternoon snack especially if the weather is a bit rainy. Among all of those breads that are common these days, me and my website friend decided to try Cafe France's croissant. We have tried the BOGO promo from Booky.What I like?1. PlaceThe place is really good. It is just so perfect to have your afternoon snack. The atmosphere and ambiance makes you feel homey and cozy.2. Food/DrinkI not really a coffee lover but their coffee is really good while grabbing a bite of their perfectly made croissant. I have tried their matcha flavor croissant and I did not regret it.3. Staff/CrewThe staff is very nice and very accommodating. She was smiling while serving.What I do not like?There were playing their music playlist that does not suit the mood of the place.

When our first choice for coffee was full we decided to try Cafe France because we were fascinated by their breads and desserts in display.I ordered the Cafe Latte (same w/my friend #1) and a red velvet. While my friend #2 ordered the expresso cake (one for each of them) and mocha frappe.Verdict:---> the cafe itself is an open place so1. Since it is infront of a buffet place you can absolutely hear the outside noise most especially since some of their chairs are found outside2. It is not as cold as you would want.------> The TasteThe CAFE LATTE of mine was not a Cafe Latte should taste like. It has like only 10% coffee in it i think because I tasted minimal coffee. It was like milk with coffee rather the other way around. Comparing my Cafe Latte with my friend's, my friend's tasted more coffee and richer. Though the glass where the coffee was served, was different than the usual coffee glasses.The RED VELVET CUPCAKE is my favorite flavor of cupcake so it was natural for me to try it. It was very very hard. You know that i kept squishing the cake itself and it didn't break? I really had to put an effort to cut it. The frosting was amazing. It was one of the best frosting I had in a cupcake. The cake itself was really the downer.My friends' EXPRESSO CAKE. I actually had a taste of their cake too. When we talk about expresso it has that pure bitter coffee taste, in this case it was not. In was entirely sweet for it to be called an Expresso Cake! You know the wierd part? It had raisins in it. So in the end no matter what they did, they just didn't finish it. A waste I know but it was that bad.For the FRAPPE, I tasted that too because we were comparing all our orders, it was like water with a drop of coffee. Seriously? It was that awful.So in the end after everything we just didn't enjoy it. :(

My love just cant get enough of their coffee buns. I always have to buy her one of these buns when she craves for it. :-D I can see the magical look in her eyes when she sees it. Simple surprise for a simple girl. :-D

Disclaimer: We ate at their Medical City Branch, but there are no markers for that location so we used what was available. It was late and we had a long day. We were hungry but we did not want to eat in a fastfood joint. We stumbled upon Cafe France and we decided to give it a try. We were glad we did. :)The PlaceCafe France is in the second floor of the annex building. It is small, quaint, and seemed to give a homey vibe for their customers. They were about to close but they kindly allowed us in. The FoodHubby ordered Beef Tapa and Egg. I went for the Crispy Bacon and Egg. Both were good, but I felt that the serving was small for its price. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our late dinner. Definitely one of the good dining options in the area. :)

2 hours before closing time they are offering a buy 1 take 1 on selected bread and pastries. I ordered Coffee Bun (Php54) better heated before eating.

I wanted to check if they still serve the same quality of food of DeliFrance. The coffee was bad, the tapa breakfast looked like scrap meat and the corned beef looks boring. Expensive and sad.

Everything was delicious. We ordered hickory chops, salmon pasta with almond flakes and corned beef breakfast tray. It was a great breakfast to start a day.

The 5 star rating is for their cashier and waitress(?).They moved the tables & chairs just so I could charge sa outlet near their kitchen area. After about an hour, I noticed that the cashier didn't give me the right amount of change earlier, which is my fault because I wasn't able to count it when it was handed to me. But she politely responded to me when I confronted her about it and she even checked the cash register just to make sure that she has overage (which she told me she has), so I got my remaining change of about 200 pesos. Kudos to her for being very polite to customers. 😊

I ate spaghetti pomodoro for brunch. The spaghetti is an authentic Italian-style spaghetti. It has a sweet with a little sour taste of tomato. The sauce is made of real tomatoes as you can see bits of tomatoes. It comes with three pieces of toasted garlic bread that well compliments the sauce. It's worth the price for 140 pesos.

We had our breakfast and ordered Breakfast Deluxe combo. Presentation is good, price is slightly high at 300+ per head but food is hotel quality. Will not complain on the price as you get what you have paid for. Will come back.
