I have been wanting to dine again at Burgoo and do a review. Burgoo has been one of my favorite casual dining restaurants even before website started. For this visit, I ordered my all time favorite at Burgoo - seafood linguine. I also got a pizza sampler which now has four flavors in one pan. I also got a free sampler platter with fries, calamari, mozza sticks and wings. I got the voucher a week before. The linguine is still exactly the way I like it with real tomatoes for the sauce and a generous amount of different seafoods. The pizza was ok and was enjoyable with a lot of tabasco. The free sampler platter was also good. I was glad I got to taste more entrees in one visit. The meal we had was really more than enough for two people so we had about half of everything enjoyed later on at home.Weekday dinner time is offpeak at Podium mall so we felt like the server was solely dedicated to our table. Service was good and the manager was also constantly monitoring the dining area.I can't wait to dine again at Burgoo. Next time at Gateway branch perhaps.

Classic burgoo platters, rib and shrimp platter with Seafood Jambalaya are my usual order whenever I want to binge on to something big 👍🏻 My family loves to eat at Burgoo because we always draw random stuff in their table. Hahaha kid-at-heart. 🙋🏼

Came here on a weekday for a lunch out with my team. Avoid sitting near the windows at noontime because the resto is directly facing the sun so it'd be too hot. Ambience was okay until the waitress put out the plates for our table - she laid out in front of me a plate full of baby cockroaches!!! (Sorry but this is already a deal breaker.) She just took it out and replaced with new ones. I can't recall her apologizing or assuring us that the rest of the plates/utensils/food are safe and clean. I don't know why we stayed there but anyway, as regards to their food:1. Nachos - It tasted cheap it's like the nacho chips were just bought from a bazaar.2. Shrimp Pomelo - Not a fan of their vinaigrette. For me it tasted too sweet.3. Shrimp and Ribs Platter - I found the ribs too dry.4. Fresh Dalandan Juice - it does not taste fresh at all and it was too sweet.

Supreme SamplerChicken QuesadillaNot in photos: Chicken SteakThe place was dull and although the interior was attempting to be lively, the lighting made it look boring and uninviting. With the Supreme Sampler are 2pcs mozzarella sticks, calamari, cheesy fries, and 4pcs buffalo wings. The mozarella sticks tasted how it would typically taste but i must commend that their cheese was not overpowered by the breading, which was a good thing. Wasnt able to try the calamari but my brother seemed to love it. The cheesy fries were bland and seemed as if it were air-dried. This was a let down, tue with the buffalo wings as the latter had 4 small boney pieces and was tough. It didnt even have the slightest hint of spice and the coating was as if store-bought/instant mix sauce was brushed onto it.On the other hand, the chicken steak was tender and had a good rub. It wasn't dry at all.Wasn't able to take a bite of the chicken fajitas, hence cannot give a justifiable comment about it.

I first noticed a very warm temperature as I went in. Sometimes when it's cold, it does empower you to eat more because you are comfortable. As I was going through the menu, I was struggling on what to order since most dishes were American serving size and quite pricey for one person. Later on, wait staff reveals to me their solo order menu. She knew I was alone. SMH. Anyway, lunch costs me Php 580. I don't mind paying this. In fact that's more or less what I pay for lunch or brunch. The portions were not justified. Shrimp and Pomelo had a strong fish sauce taste and fruit was a bit bitter. Shrimps were also scarce. The Grilled Lemon Chicken was appetizing as well as the rice pilaf that came with it. The corn and carrots though were seemed recycled with its lame look and taste.

Just got home from dinner and what can i say! Im satisfied with their food and service! They are very attentive and always ask ifs there's anything else we need! I love the taste of the food; its very refeshing and the servings is good 2 to 3 persons. The price was worth it because of the people, the food and ambiance. Good job guys!!!

I tried Burgoo's ultimate fajitas and it was good.  Not as good as Chili's though.  I like the cook on the steak the most.  For dessert I had their Mississippi Mud Pie and it was basically decadence on a plate.  I could eat at least three more of those if I did not hold back.

If you just can't get enough fix for your meat, one can never go wrong with Burgo. Shrimps and Ribs Platter, Surf and Steak are a champion then fill up with their pasta. The large servings are just a plus factor to the already juicy finish of the meats. I will go for the burger and fajitas next time.

Ambience- great for family lunch or dinner and barkada getaway. I love that they used manila papers and provided crayons to doodle and draw. Food- the food servings are huge! I love the ribs and shrimp platter. The pastas are equally great. Tried the jambalaya though it's too soggy and tasted a lot like liver. The dessert though is a winner! The cheesecake and the sauce, ohhhh the thought of it makes me drool.Service- so so service.

The food was so-so. Burgoo Stew was good, supreme nachos were mundane, but the Ultimate Fajitas combo was what made my dining here worth while.
