Me and my family ate in Bonchon Shangril-La Plaza atthat time it is the only store who accepted us because the mall is alreadyclosing. We orders 2 box of boxed meal C that is composed of drumstick andthigh (in soy garlic flavor) rice box with drink I was planning to add Chapchaewhich I am really craving at that time however it is out of stock very sad :( then my husband upgradedhis rice to fried rice which is very good. At that time for father’s day promo youwill receive free 1pc chicken with rice for every 400 :) which we avail! :) also, it is my first timeto try their spicy mayo with fries it is the best even a good combination withthe chicken :)sarap!

The food is okay, but does not deserve their prices. We had upsized our fries to find that we would have been better off with the regular size instead of wasting our money. We had voiced our concern, only for the staff to smile and reiterate that yes, that indeed was the upsized amount of fries. After that, we found that our chicken was undercooked. After basically being ignored the first time, we couldn't be bothered to complain anymore, just decided to eat the rest of our food and avoid the undercooked chicken. The next day, my boyfriend developed a stomach ache so bad he had to stay in all day, which ruined our plans to go out of town with friends.I tried reaching out to Bon Chon via their Twitter and Facebook, and all I got was a template apology. I have not eaten at any of their branches since, and I don't think I ever will again.
