I ordered adobisilog and it was heaven. The food is very satisfying even though you waited so long. Unlimited rice by the way so be ready. Will definitely eat here again.

Me and friends went here since Mang Inasal was closed that day. We ordered for buttered chicken, rice, sizzling liempo and shanghai. The staff was rude. They are not even smiling. It seems to them that they are forced to they this job and that is not very good customer service. I've been a customer service representative and we've never treated customers like this. Our order arrived 15 to 20 minutes later with so many follow ups. One friend ordered for a halo-halo. Everyone is finished with their meals but his order did not arrive. With another follow-up, the cree said that it's not available. We waited for like an hour for that order just to be told that they cannot serve it when in fact they took the order. They should've advised from the start the it's not available and to order something else.Yes, the food is okay, nothing out of the ordinary. But very poor service. Not eating there again if it's for dine in.

Best Friends' Buttered Chicken is my favorite! Food serving here is huge for their ala carte dishes, good for 3-5 and it's very affordable. Their serving for rice dishes is also big and with unli rice. The service is just very slow and the staff doesn't seem to know good customer service, they can also forget your order most of the time. I do take out most of the time, I order the food then just come back for pick up as we are just near the area.If you are a big group looking to not spending too much on your next lunch or dinner, go here. Food is delicious and cheap!

Tips for those who will come in this restaurant. Do not expect hospitality from the staff, even those with supervisor/manager uniforms won't budge to give you a smile. Those great tasting buttered chicken and sinigang are only for those willing to wait and proactive in following up. If you want to eat right away the only option is pares, siomai, siopao, mami. If you will order anything else you need to test your patience a little bit more (like 30 minutes or more to give you an estimate). They might ask for your order again when you follow-up. I hope the owner reads my review cause I have a few words for him.1. You are officially understaffed.2. You're people needs customer service training.

food is decent for 280 pesos, though the service was too slow maybe because the place is jampacked. the bulalo was not great as RJ bulalo but the servings was much better to feed two persons. I will definitely come back to try their buttered chicken and sizzling bulalo.

Their servings definitly gets your money's worth. My first time to eat here with my wofe one late night truly was a surprised. One good meal is more than enough for me and my wife. Our favorites here are the chopsuey, beef with brocolli and the porkchop that is as big as the plate. After eating here, we always end up having to take out leftovers. They do not compromise any serving from their menu. I also like the pares they serve. You can have it on a combo meal together with pork siomai. One of the best part is, everything is cooked before you. You are assured that your food has just been cooked and not just heated again from the microwave.

I used to eat here when i was in college and that was soooo long time ago that i almost forget the experience until my friends and i decided to try it once more and it is definitely a good one. We tried gambas, sizzling bulalo, wanton, and tapa. All of those are good. The prices of the foods are worth the taste.

This is your level-up, neighborhood, round-the-clock tapsilogan. Somewhere between a silog carinderia and a full-blown restaurant, Best Friends offers more than what a typical street eatery does. It actually boasts of its pares -- the soy- and anise-based local version of braised beef on top of rice. Other main dishes, predominantly Fiilipino, are also served; these include sinigang, pancit and its variants, mami, sizzling dishes, and, yes, bulalo! Interestingly, it's tapsilog costs only Php 82, and this includes a glass of soft drink and unlimited rice.
