I picked this restaurant from the other reviews and the place looks really nice and secluded. The pond below where you sit could use some cleaning up and we needed bug repellent after it got dark. The food was just okay in our opinion. Wehad the fish which was about P1,100 and it was cooked well. The vegetable dish was nice but the dishes tasted like something you make at home for a regular dinner. I guess I was hoping to be wowed. This restaurant reminded me of KaLui in Palawan and I was anticipating to be blown away. It just didn't meet out expectations. Also, no wine by the glass you have to buy whole bottles.

This review may not be accurate because my knowledge/experience towards Philippino food is not sufficient. So this is how I felt. We ordered Ginataang Gulay, beef tenderloin in soya sauce, sinigang fish and 2 garlic rice. The portion was more than enough for 2 people. They tasted great, though some food felt a bit salty for me. The servers were friendly and took a real good care of us. The whole atmosphere was very exotic, felt like a king in a south east country. If you wanna try something local and want to spend some bucks into a find dinning, Paupatri is a must go place. Fyi, it is a little hard to find because our tricycle driver didnt know where it is. Its right next to Boracay Summer Palace and a hospital.

We were recommended this place and what a hidden gem it is. Very hard to find but thanks to a review on TA we found it without too many problems. The atmosphere was just so tranquil but the food & service was even better. Yesa little dearer than anywhere else we have eaten on this trip but compared to Australian prices this is cheap. If you have the time to find this restaurant my recommendation would be to try it, worth it. Thank you for what to us was a wonderful evening.

Nice place to have dinner. The place is a bit hidden, it's next to Boracay Summer Palace hotel. Beware of mosquito, batter to bring along repellent.

I've been trying to locate this place since our last visit to Boracay. Good thing when my husband and I got a quick R&R to Bora , I finally insisted on finding this place. Good thing the reviews greatly helped me. Anyway, I find themenu quite expensive - typical average Pinoy to shell out for lunch or dinner would be like P200-250 (my opinion). We opted for Breakfast one day as I saw it opens at 7am but turned out 9am daily. Breakfast came in big servings (2 eggs, with fruit of the season and the usual if its Filipino or American) I think that was around P350/meal. Got to check out their Menu as well. For Pork,Fish and Beef the serving is based on how many grams you'd like or is available. E.g. - Depending on the fish and say on grilled it costs P170/100 grams. Think about when get a kilo that's like P1,700. Their wine selection starts at P900 and more. It's not bad after all, you should still try this! They have the best wooden interiors!! In fact the whole restaurant is made of shiny hard wood. Just like the feel of Kalui's in Puerto Princesa. And their space is big! It's a good place to hang out if you're in big groups as they have like a "cabana" type dining areas with Lazy Mary table.
