We had supper at Bamboo Shore one evening once we were craving for neighborhood cuisine. Service was quick despite the crowd, meals attendants had been attentive & courteous. Food has been pretty typical though. We purchased Nilagang “Bulalo” that is a simply pretentious bulalo (must have beenmarketed as nilaga since it was really nilagang baka)- had trouble chewing the beef. Gambas had been pretty alright. Cucumber lemonade wasn’t new (Nestea premium) Cost was a little steep nonetheless it was prolly due to the prime location.
