The name Zoo Coffee honestly immediately catches my fancy.  Going in, a menagerie of animal plushies greet me.  Is this a toy store or a cafe?  Going forward, yes its a cafe. A cafe not limited to coffee I might add.  They have korean Bingsu and Belgian Waffles.  What a wonderful mix they are offering.  A hodgepodge of different cultures is what we found out at Zoo Cafe.  A friend of mine later told me that Zoo Coffee is a Korean brand and it was franchised here in the Philippines.  K Pop and Korean Novelas have conquered our entertainment scene and here comes a Korean brand to invade our food industry.

Place is cozy and quiet. Foot traffic isn't heavy, which is one of the best things about this place.Staple order for dessert is the Lava Cake. Best ordered without the Gelato as it tends to be too sweet.Food is okay and coffee is average.

I live at Alphaland and Zoo coffee is my go to coffee shop. My 5 year old niece love it there too. The food is great! Ambience and perfect not to crowded. Im giving a 1 star because of the staffs. Zoo coffee closing time is 11PM but whenever we go there at around 9:30 pm the staffs are already not in the mood to serve people. Every time we visit its the same. My friends also noticed the cashier - “Lovely” when my friend ordered a ice cream and she was thinking what flavor to order she rolled her eye. And when we asked how long do we have to wait for the belgian waffle, its like she doesn’t wana take orders anymore because its almost 10Pm. She made us feel that she wants us out of the zoo coffee so i told mu friends that we should go because they want to close the cafe already. I wish the owner of Zoo Coffee visits the cafe and check the attitudes of their staffs. It needs improvement.

Love the ambience here. They have stuffed animals all over the place and good enough seating indoors and al fresco.Cakes are amazing. The drinks are good. Bingsu is mediocre. Their hotdogs are unexpectedly great but could be slightly overpriced because it's all about the toppings.

I was done having my Sunday mass when I suddenly crave for coffee and a good Belgian Waffles so from Greenbelt Chapel I headed straight in Malugay area anyways it is a walking distance from our place but it was a rainy Sunday back then. I ordered a good cup of Cappuccino and a Belgian waffle together with these cute stuffed Animals as my date. I love the ambience in here.

Stuffed toy themed cafe? I just couldn't resist.I rarely rarely drink coffee, and I was happy when they had other drink options and lots of food options too. I ended up getting a bottle of Korean branded apple juice and carbonara.First, the juice tasted similar to Mott's and I went back to my childhood years. So glad I discovered it. Will drink that now whenever I can, and hunt it in the Korean groceries. The carbonara was really good. Creamy and rich with a good amount of bacon. The toasted garlic bread was a perfect way to wipe the sauce off the plate clean. Serving was good for one and very filling. The other food oltions that I saw like the waffles were HUGE. Next time 😋.Food: 4.5 - Really good. Better than numerous cafes.Price: 5.0 - Prices are very doable. Not breaking your wallet. Around P140-P150 for the carbonara isn't bad at all.Service: 2.5 - Friendly. Barista was lost on giving a, a recommendation. I also had to repeat my order.Ambience: 5.0 - Love the stuffies all around, and even keeping me company at the table. Great thay they even gave numerous power sockets to charge as people can chill or work.Yup, going there soon. I should try a sweet pastry next time. 😊

Good food and ambience. Love the animal stuffed toys around.Recommended drink:Iced mocha frappe (just how I like my iced dark mocha with a little bit sweet of a whipped cream)Tastes fine, just okay:1. Chicken penne pasta (small serving, relatively not so filling)2. Ham and cheese sandwich (good for 2)3. Iced Americano (not as bitter as I would like it to be)For improvement:It would be nice if they have pepper available for those who need extra taste for the food.

Zoo Café is a zoo-themed asian café. I decided to take a sip of their latté in their alphaland branch during my free time.Ups: The café is cute and unique with it’s zoo animal stuff toys and brownish interiors, it’s really entertaining to me. Service crews are also approachable for your needs and they got a huge selection of menu, to gelato to pastries to savories to beverages they got it.Downs: I really didn’t like the strawberry green tea latté I ordered from their strawberry series. It tasted like a tetra pack drink for children. How I wish they would also improve the cups their using for cold beverages because if you look through my photos, you could never tell what I ordered from the looks of the cup.Despite the downs, I would still be willing to be back for some of the menu items especially the savories and gelatos and maybe I could also increase my rating from there.

Needed a place to rest and chill for a bit before going to work, and after purchasing a few groceries. Zoo Coffee is quite a convenient spot, right smack in the middle of a mini-mall and some condos in Makati. There's a huge stuffed giraffe outside and some more stuffed animals inside. Not sure though if these are solely for decoration.I wanted something to munch on but was not in the mood to eat so I ordered a Coffee Jelly instead.Coffee was on the sweeter side, but I did like the chewy coffee jelly bits they used. They also serve Korea Bing su, salads, cakes and a few sandwiches too. Will go back to try their hot dishes and sandwiches for lunch soon

Another Korean inspired cafe is here! Zoo coffee, with a friendly animal, themed coffee shop gives that pleasant vibe that's perfect for your meetings, cozy lunch outs or just a nice friendly date. . If you are planning to try some of their items, gear up a little 'cause it's pricier than the regular cafes but if you are for the Instagram worthy place, then it's a must on your list.
