We tried out this place as recommended by our website friends. The menu was very limited, which to me is a good sign because they really specialize in a few things...and that is ramen. We ordered the Tonkotsu ramen with normal flavor, rich broth and hard noodles & I had the Tan Tan Tsukesoba which is a dry dipping noodle dish in a spicy concentrated pork stock. The tonkotsu was pretty good.Milky, complex and full of umami with the thick soba type hand made noodles. My Tsukesoba was infused with chili and had a highly reduced pork chili dipping sauce which I enjoyed. We also had the gyoza which was not bad at all but one should really gonhere just for the ramen.

This restaurant quickly dropped from a really good ramen place to a very bad one. After being a regular for a few months, they offered a new tonkotsu ramen sometime in august which I really liked. On my third trip for that same ramen, I got a bowl of grease. Like it really looked like there was no water in the soup base, just lard. Instead of being apologetic, the waitress tried to pass it off as it really being like that, despite the fact that it was the third time that month that I had ordered it. Sorry guys, I ain't coming back if you try to feed bull___ to your customers. Sayang becaus your ramen was actually very good when you just opened.

Good "Jiro-style" ramen which has very thick broth and thick noodle. Sides coming with ramen are also good. Beers are not pricy. I wonder why there was no customer when I visited here on Saturday afternoon.Later, I tried Noukou Tsukemen. The dip sauce was very thick and tasty. Noodle might be too hard for Filipino but good for Japanese.

I recommend that when you eat here, eat at lunch time! So far I've tried Chicken Karaage and their special Yokohama ramen (THE BEST RAMEN THAT'VE TASTED). During lunch time, they serve meals with a bunch of additions on the side (mini dessert, salad, appetizers etc) so much that the price that you pay for a single ramen is so worth it. Plus, everything tastes good. I tried eating at dinner time and the only side I got was a piece of egg roll hahaha, but still everything was delicious! My friend tried their Katsudon, she got disappointed.Note that if you eat here, GO FOR THE YOKOHAMA RAMEN. Always choose what the resto is known and best for.
