The cashier and service crew is really a bit challenged with the english vocabulary and need a bit more experience to hasten order and payment time. View as they get ready the sandwich and you may definitely salivate. Very first they place the meats on the bun andpour on the sauce and best it off with coleslaw. It really is sloppy and completely delicious (which it really is indeed!) therefore move savor it and eat together with your hands just how sandwiches are designed to be consumed. The brisket meat is quite tender and tasty, the bun quite soft. A hole in the wall structure place, easy and pleasant ambience. This location deserves a Michelin award!

WOW. And I understand my BBQ! I'm a foodie and I smoke meats all the time. Challenging in Metro Manila. I'm impressed by how great the food reaches Woody's and just what a great worth it is! I haven't even reached thedeserts yet but I'll shortly! I'm hooked! After my first visit I am averaging 3 times weekly and coming completely from the far part of Pasig that's no little challenge! Of course the meats is incredible however the sides are amazing too. The coleslaw provides that authentic tang rather than being overly sweet that is so common right here! Jalapeno cornbread? Are you currently kidding me? Indeed PLEASE! Seriously folks if you are a hardcore fan of BBQ or you're simply thinking about what the fuss is approximately, Woody's is crucial TRY!

If you're searching for succulent, fall-off-the-bone smoked bbq like they do in Texas, then welcome house. The ribs, the brisket, the pulled pork It's an all-superstar lineup, and you may have trouble choosing which to attack very first which explains why I ordered the 1-pounder withall 3 included. Believe me, you can't fail. The sides are awesome Mac & cheese, coffee beans, and dirty rice. Each one will go fantastically well with the meats. Cheap beer Of course, everything gets washed down with excellent local beer, at an excellent local price. Desserts And when you still got area for dessert, trust me, you will not be disappointed. I sampled each one plus they were all fantastic. Space With the lights down low, it creates the space peaceful, cozy, friendly and an ideal spot once and for all conversation with relatives and buddies. Challenge If you think you will find an improved value and experience any place in Metro Manila, I dare one to challenge me. Better yet, head to Texas first after that compare the product quality and price offered by Woody's. At some time, my words can make sense to you. And if you won't ever see the gentle, oh well, there's very little more I could say...

Lately ate at Woody’s Texas BBQ, which simply opened at the website of the initial Chihuahua Tex-Mex Bar & Grill on Makati Ave (throughout from A-Venue). The revised décor is interesting, with wooden partitions, a “barrel-bar” with a faded “news clipping” motif that made theplace appear eons old! There is also a genuine smoker out in the front where they perform their miracle with the meat. The menu was very good, with a variety of meat options, a good amount of sides and a fantastic selection of beers, in addition to the classic Chihuahua “Chihuaritas!” My children was with me, so we opt for number of items, like the ribs, pulled pork and brisket. All were superb. I found the typical BBQ sauce a little sweet for my flavor, though it had been tangy. Their very hot BBQ sauce has been too tame for me personally, therefore i grabbed a bottle of Chihuahua’s “Charlie Sheen” warm sauce going out on the shelves. Far better! As the side dish selection was good, the dirty rice was a little dry. I love a mayo-cider vinegar dressing on my slaw, therefore Woody’s drier slaw had not been the best, but refreshing still contrary to the smokiness of the pulled pork. The grilled corn on the cob, baked coffee beans and mashed potatoes had been all very good. Loved the jalapeno corn breads, nonetheless it could’ve used even more jalapeno! Much like the sauces, my preferences set you back spicier concoctions than others, so it’s not fair to state their food isn’t sizzling enough. The portions were great and the meals was served on metallic plates with a paper liner, increasing the BBQ feel. General, exceptional smoked meats and part dishes, in an agreeable, casual atmosphere. Bound back to attempt the “hot hyperlinks” sausages!

We can rarely look for a great texas bbq place within Manila specially around Makati. In case you are craving for that sort of soul foods, woody's will probably be your go to place. Attempt the brisket and pulled pork. Thumbs up

I adored all of the side dishes...coffee beans, potato salad and especially the mac pc and queso! We shared all three desserts plus they were great - the very best wasthe banana lotion pie. Décor is enjoyable and the employees are friendly.

My fiancée who was simply born and raised in america had very high anticipation given the posts upon FB that who owns this BBQ place published. Together with two other folks, we ordered 2 lb of ribs, a plate all of brisket and pulledpork. We furthermore go mac pc n cheese, coffee beans and coleslaw for sides. Ranking smart - its ribs, brisket plus pulled pork. Nothing sticks out on the three sides we attempted but absolutely nothing was bad. Promising however, not really outstanding. If your searching for BBQ taste, that is an ok spot to go to the cost is acceptable but also for the purchase price we paid at 800 each. we're able to have attended another place (with great evaluations) on Reposo for just two 2 slabs of child back ribs each. Woody's is promising within the next sense. The meat isn't chewy, it tasted like barbeque, should they transformed their sauce, offered option to the home sauce, get rid of the tin can helping containers for utensils and papers towels. Significantly, the one with this paper towel had beans in the bottom (this means its not really been washed??? Cleanliness is crucial for meals. My fiancéelectronic had the operates for just two days when he initial ate at Chihuahua (exactly the same location and proprietor as Woody's) so since old food residue in the bottom of the tin can concerned me.
