Over time the Woodmans Head has changed ownership a number of times however the ambiance and food remained exactly the same (good). Tonight I unfortunately found that they were helping another sausage and the mashed potatoes nearly tasted sour as though it was goingbad. Another dish "poultry and chips" was alright. I hope the brand new owner doesn't change it into another ghastly arab hangout on p.burgos but as the saying goes... there goes a nearby!

AVOID the waitress which will charge you twice! You Will purchase an unhealthy tasting food! Dirty place rather than worth a Penny... Only a cheap place!

Woodmans Head offers changed. It now could be not really much an expats pub and contains a concentration on songs. If that's what you would like it may become for you personally. The 'lout' described in a previous review today appears to have departed.

I earlier reviewed this establishment offering it 4 points... I actually returned hoping to purchase my preferred English pub meals “bangers and mash” and then find that they’d completely changed the menus and today it doesn’t work any pub foods at all!

Heard they will have mean rock-band line-up on Fridays. Songs was great. Assistance not bad at all. Bar is not create right... can't start to see the band from all chairs. Menus is below par... almost no bar snacks. I want that they had peanuts or popcorn. Pricesseem good.

Close friends had commented that was a good spot to check out. I stopped by a single afternoon with my brother-in-law. Service was gradual, nothing special. I will visit again at night.

I used to move in every once in awhile however the last time management had changed, No-one inside, usually filled with drunken Australian elders. The area was empty plus they did not have even fish and chips on menu. Not worth a vacation..

Second time and energy to visit and not an impression on which it use to be (went twelve months ago). Grumpy bar employees, no beer deals no offer of foods servcie or perhaps a menu of any sort therefore i opted to the miracles of water and get outquickly

Because the nightclub Horizon took over this speed it's got progressively worse the standard normal expats have all but disappeared and our last visit would be the survive as its all but a con. I purchased one glass of white wines from the menus, a whitened at p200 a cup. when it arrived it included about a good inch of wine filled with ice. I questioned the waitress what she believed this is and I was informed they served wines by the tot, according to spirits. It is a first all over the world where they try to pull a con such as this. I informed her to talk with the supervisor and after some dialogue I was given a standard glass of wines sans ice. I purchased another so when the time found settle the costs I was billed p250/ glass. I described the purchase price on the menus which obviously stated p200/cup, and go and inform the manager to regulate it. The waitress returned and said the supervisor had set up the costs but hadn't bothered to modification all the menus. Normally I refused to cover their inflated price, areas like this ought to be shut down or at the very least investigated.
