If it isn’t evident, I love food. When it comes to food, chicken seems to be high up on everyone’s list of favorite meat dish. I for one, love really good chicken wings. Wings are my favorite part of the chicken, and always always always eat that part whenever we have a whole chicken for dinner.Which brings me to today’s post, Wingstop!! Wingstop is one of the more popular chicken wing joints in the metro, boasting of 14 unique flavors (all covering the sweet, savory, and spicy spectrum) of their fresh cooked-to-order wings. If you enjoy a mouth-melting heat, crave for that extra zing, or hunger for all that’s rich and smoky, Wingstop has a flavor to suit your taste, and an equally flavorful side dish to go along with it.

Tried wingstop for the first time.Food 2.5/5.0 - We ordered 11 pcs classic wings for 495 pesos picked mango habanero(3 spice points) the mango habanero was not that spicy. the flavor is unique but It lacks on something. Next is the LouisianaRub(1 spice point) the Louisianarub is perfect. the spices are so good and the dryness of the chicken makes it better. and the Honey BBQ(sweet) this one is obligatory when it comes to the flavor of the wings, Im sure that kids will love this but not for me. Their Classic wings has different sizes, some wings are imported(big ones) and some are domesticated(small ones) im not an expert when it comes to fowl meat but It is disturbing. Why not pick only big wings? or only small wings. we also ordered texas style fries (tasteless) then we asked some salt or pepper to make it edible. but they refused and said they don't have. The chipotle rice is just like a normal fried rice I an still wondering why they called it chipotle rice? Thanks god they have an awesome onion rings with a little ketchup dip. extra dip costs 45 pesos.Rootbeer float costs 110 pesos for a can of rootbeer topped with vanilla ice cream.Service 1.5/5.0 - Considering the price and taste of the food makes me think why they are expensive? So I'm expecting on the service they provide. I felt bad. They don't have complimentary condiments. The servers looks stressed. They suggested their bestsellers but their bestsellers are quite not good.Ambiance 4.0/5.0 - Very good place, the lighting is so good, they have their own restrooms and the place is not so crowded.

WINGSTOPWe ended up at Wingstop because we just wanted a place to sit, talk and munch without the rituals of a full meal.While ordering our 11-pc Batter-Fried Wings, the cashier told us that we had 3 FREE WINGS! Turns out they had a promo where you get free wings. I didn’t even know about this promo! So, the promo is, you get FREE WINGS, based on your order: 5 wings – 1 wing free7 wings – 2 wings free11 wings – 3 wings freeI don't think I am allowed to post the promo details here, just check them out online.Too bad they don’t deliver. They do have order pick-up, so next time I can just drive over and pick up my wings, or hang out there first, read a book. Gotta take advantage of the free parking while you can! The 11-pc Batter-Fried Wings is P395, but because of the promo, we were actually getting 14 pcs! That’s P28/pc. It’s a mix of the drumette, and the wingette + tip. We got the Lemon Pepper, Louisiana Rub, Honey Garlic and Teriyaki this time. Then after that, I also had some Wingstop again and tried the Garlic Parmesan and Mild Buffalo.THE CHICKEN WINGSTo me, the dry rubs (Lemon Pepper, Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parmesan) are the best flavors I have tried from Wingstop, Garlic Parmesan being the one I liked best, and will probably be the ones I will keep on ordering.I didn’t really like the Teriyaki – the molasses and some kind of lime flavor was too strong. I expected the Teriyaki to taste like sweet ginger soy syrup, so the molasses flavor threw me off.As for the Honey Garlic, I expected it to taste like honey and fried garlic, and was disappointed by the addition of the soy sauce component. It was milder, but still similar to the Teriyaki.The Mild Buffalo was just a mild hot sauce coated chicken, no ranch or blue cheese dressing included (must be bought separately). I was expecting a buttery, garlicky, sweet and hot sauced chicken wing.Flavor-wise, I think I like the flavor profile of Frankie’s Wings much better. This is not to say that Wingstop’s chicken is not good. The chicken wings were crispy and juicy. Unfortunately, I just did not like the sauces I tried, and it’s a personal preference. Who knows, you might turn out to like them! Fortunately for me, there are more flavors for me to try.The restaurant is clean, everything is still new. Air-conditioning is cold, always a plus. They have a sink where customers can wash their hands, but they also provide plastic gloves. The sink was fun, you push the front of the sink with your knee to turn on the faucet.

A couple of weeks ago, J and I were on our way home but we were still a bit hungry and didn’t really feel like going home yet since it was still early, only 6 pm!. Since we had no plans, we decided to just check out Circuit Makati, the new Ayala development on the site of the old Santa Ana Race Track, which was on our route home. I have passed by the Santa Ana racetrack area since it was still a racetrack and have been seeing the progress of the construction on it, but have never really checked it out yet. I know it’s been open for a few months already, but I felt like there was nothing there yet. Anyway, this was my chance to finally see it.

Bit of a letdown as a first timer as most of their stocks were unavailable at the time I went. Tried their atomic, classic buffalo, cajun and honey garlic wings. Nothing really outstanding. I might even give a higher rating if only for the chipotle rice. Nachos were a bit oily and too plain. Will give their other food a try next time. That is if it's on stock.

Tried Honey Sriracha and it was savory. Also the dessert ice cream cake not so sweet but delish. The food was delicious but just a comment on your service, upon ordering please tell your customers how long is the waiting time for us not to expect.BTW thank you Wingstop!

Had a good time at wingstop! Tried their chicken tenders with BBQ sauce! Tasted amazing. Enjoyed everybite of it. It has a smokey after taste. I ate it with onion rings too. Crispy but soft on the inside. Will definitely go back!

The hot buffalo wings sucks!! the taste shouldn't be sour but Wing Stop made it sour& taste like a puke. 250.00 wasted! totally not worth it!

The flavors of their wings are good but I don't like the idea of eating in a stainless bowl. The smores are not that good. The place is a bit crowded.

We went here on a tuesday which they have a promo for 20pcs chicken for P499. We had 4 flavors: Hickory Smoked BBQ, Hot Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan and Lemon Pepper.The hot buffalo taste very sour and not that spicy which is quite disappointing so I don't recommend to choose this flavor. The lemon pepper taste like jolibee chickenjoy which is still good but cant really taste the lemon part so this is a safe choice. The garlic parmesan is really good "hindi tinipid ang cheese" the parmesan blends well to the chicken so I recommend to try this flavor. The hickory smoked bbq flavor is a must have, the sauce is very delicious which will make you crave for more. All the chicken we ordered were crispy and flavorful except the buffalo chicken which is questionable. They use the parts of chicken wings and chicken legs.Having 5 pcs of chicken and a cup of rice will definitely make you full. It will be better to go to this place with your friends and family and when there's promo it will really save you money.
