Is this place still open? I came for some coffee at 9am last Sunday, and it was closed. According to the information on website, they should have opened at 7am.

This cafe is named after Marcel Ruggieri who’s the founder of this cafe. Starting in Australia, they decided to open their doors to our coffee-loving nation. Being lost in Brazil found its way in the name of this cafe. Their branch over in Makati was very spacious with a high ceiling and multiple chairs to cater guests.

What a breathtaking experience; we owned the place. The coffee and dessert are absolutely divine. On the other hand, they didn't have real food at the time we visited. We were starving! I will visit soon and they better have pasta available!

This place seems to be in perpetual dry run/soft opening where the savories/pastas are not always available. Good thing they make good coffee, plus the fact that the place itself has a calming effect despite being right smack in the middle of busy dela Costa St. Order those long blacks are you are sure to be fully awake and active for several hours. Kudos to the staff as well who are friendly and courteous.

I like this place as an alternative to the standard coffee shops in Salcedo Village. Just got a tall black but coffee was good, service on point, and the place has a chill atmosphere. Not crowded with string Wifi. Will be back.
