Food: Italian style but affordable. Don't expect it to be truly Italian in taste though. They serve pasta: lasagna, pesto, carbonara. They also have pizzas and some panini's. There are meals with rice and some combos which include iced tea.Price: Reasonable. Their personal size pizzas can go for as low as 65 pesos.Ambiance: Quaint enough and looks clean and airy due to the light colored paint. Service: Their crew are pretty busy especially during lunch hour so they could sport some long lines. But the food is served hot and fresh from the kitchen. You get handed these little paddle thingys with your number on it. All in all, not a bad experience. I love Italian food and altho they do serve that kind, it was not up to my standards so the experience was a little disappointing.

For affordable and delicious dish, I go here for lunch. I love their Chicken Penne for just 120php. It's creamy and you can really taste the tomatoes on it. Just what I love on my Pasta. The chicken on top is crispy and flavorful too. And the Burger Steak is thick and fried evenly and it comes with vegetable dish, is a thumbs up. For just 90 pesos. I find it affordable because you get the value for your money.

I love their fish fillet rice meal. The P200-combo meal (with iced tea and churros) seem to be pricey at first but it' really worth it because of the big serving (2 big pieces of fillet). Their pasta is okay; but I hope they replace the peanuts in their pesto with either pine nuts or walnuts.

It's nearly 1 year for me to work in the RCBC Plaza compound, and i regret for trying this place just recently.Well, in my defense every time i have my pasta-craze-period i wasn't around the rcbc and just not feeling it since i'm kinda afraid to tried carbonara or any pasta sauce from other places than japanese fusion/ authentic italian/ american restaurant (i know it's silly, not being racist tho)But my sister kinda convinced me, since she said she tried it before and always come back for their pesto. So i thought why not try it then. Thus i ordered my first pasta, The seafood carbonara. I was expecting thick clumpy white sauce with some of tuna chunks (silly me) but to my surprise their carbonara almost like my homemade carbonara, smooth not that thick but saucy enough with the spaghetti, and the seafood, although it's not that fancy, but it's certainly balance and match nicely with the carbonara sauce. For the price itself is quite affordable (somewhere below 200 for ala carte). i was hooked.Came back to tried other stuffs, so far i've tried chicken fillet pesto (recommended!), chicken cordon bleu with rice (favorite!) and chicken ala king (not too recommended since serving size quite small and not that eventful on the taste). The place is packed on lunchtime during weekday (obviously duh!), but staffs are nice and proper. So yeah, every time i'm in pasta-craze-period i don't mind going here to try their other pastas since taste delightful, reasonable price, service is ok, and just around the corner (like literally corner).

I always see this restaurant at RCBC Plaza and finally I was able to try It. The restaurant interior is bright and cozy. They also have a very nice service staff, who assisted us willingly and looking at the food menu, they offer a wide variety of choices. I ordered Chicken Cordon Blue, its quite delicious but there's nothing special into it.

I ordered chicken ala king for take out and I think its okay considering the price and the serving size. However I was really disappointed with their Churros. I cant even call it churros, I dont even think it was edible haha. Just by looking at it, you wont even try tasting it (but I did). It looked raw, but the oil is dripping. Very weird taste but the dip is good. Overall I think the rice meals and pasta pizza are okay.

Tutti Dolci is located on the 3rd level of RCBC Plaza. It offers pasta, rice meals, paninis and pizzas. I have tried the chicken fillet pesto here and I wasn't really impressed with it. I was quite disappointed with the taste. It was dry and serving size was really small. Overall, I was not satisfied with the food here.

The Italian name Tutti Dolci means All Sweets but I'm not sure if this applies to the store located in RCBC because the desserts they offer is limited and I guess, not their bestsellers. I could say though that this is one cute restaurant / dining place, I like their shabby chic interior which seems to be relaxing. I like ham and bacon carbonara, its serving size can be shared by two if not too hungry. I'm not a fan of the following:Tuna carbonara - sauce is too soupyPesto pasta - too much nutsChicken Cordon Bleu - cheese inside the chicken is not melted, like it was inserted straight from the fridge or wherever it came fromRice bowls - a bit pricey and yet serving is smallSome prices are a bit expensive, some are just right. Also, staff can be categorized as semi-friendly - they're nice but they don't smile.

I ordered their Hungarian Sausage for lunch and it was alright, considering for the price that I paid for. You will get excited once you see their cute interior and ambiance! But the food is just ok. Their customer service is just ok also.

Tutti Dolci is my go to place for an afternoon snack. They got a quite interesting floor area in RCBC but they managed to make it look spacious for a more laid back ambiance with pastel colored interior. I recently tried their fish fillet meal with churros and iced tea – it’s a bit pricey for me but the big serving makes up for it. However, I’m disappointed with their Churros that seemed to be plain flour with too much oil. Food is good but not fantastic. Price is reasonable for most meals but Pesto pasta is what I would recommend that’ll make your visit worth it.
