Just got home and I couldn’t wait to write a review after our wonderful night here. Friendly staffs. The service is superb and very attentive not once we needed to call the waiters only when we asked for our bill. They attended to us immediately and almost just watching if they need to pour Moscato in our glasses. Food is great! We had the set Menu and it’s a 4-Course Meal with Sorbet. Definitely coming back and will try other food.Keep up the good work and good ambiance the way it is👍🏻

LOVELY!We spent our 8th year anniversary here. And I'm happy Bret took me to this place. The food is very delicious! We ordered rib eye steak, pesto and burger. Stated by favorite💗The service is also wonderful. They figured we will share the dishes so they made an offer to split everything in two. Now that's customer service! Minus .5 because I think they shoulf work on their lighting. It reflects so much on the glass windows that we cannot see the skyline anymore.

I'm not usually into fine dining, but Top of the Citi's anniversary promo was an offer we couldn't turn down. We ordered 3 dishes, including soup, and I must say 2 out of 3 were the best food I've ever tried. The french onion soup, was, what can I say, just wow! There is a generous amount of cheese on top, along with the traditional baked pastry. Next, the sea bass; yum! and the foie gras, very rich! Can't keep my mind of how this dish was made though, poor ducks :(. For their steak though, it just lacked flavor for me, but I loved how tender it was. Ambiance-wise, so-so, I've seen more posh and romantic places. We were seated at the far right, so we had a view from the glass windows.

Great view and all still but sadly the smoking area no longer exists. The food also seems to not be as great, especially the burger which is just 'regular' run of the mill with a dash of pesto...

Disclaimer: this review is based on my experience dining in one of the conference rooms,  buffet style. The spread: Melba toast with sardine pate, chips with a Greek-style dip, chicken yakitori, vegetable bruschetta and a bolognese pasta with crispy prosciutto. Saw that the bolognese (without the prosciutto) and yakitori were available on their regular menu. Dishes were good, but not excellent. Enjoyed the crispy prosciutto and shaved parmesan more than anything. Service was great, waiters anticipating needs and requests. View was amazing. Took a look at the main dining hall and it was pretty - definitely somewhere you take someone you want to impress (date, business lunch, etc) Would probably go back here again and eat from their regular menu. But the conference rooms are very much recommended. Good, quiet place to have a small gathering.

As a carbonara connoisseur (jk. Haha) I guess it was over parmesan. Though I like it (no choice. Haha. Kidding) I loooovvee the bread and the mixture of olive oil and peppers. Super great place, of course. Haha.

Makati City is no doubt one of the most attractive cities in the Philippines. Bustling with business at day, it transforms into a laid-back cosmopolitan district at night. And what better way to enjoy the Makati cityscape during the night, with its tall illuminated skyscrapers, than to behold it from a lofty view. This is exactly what Top of the Citi by Chef Jessie wants you to experience, Makati’s other side, its unseen facet beyond the flurry of an office space. For those who are unacquainted, Top of the Citi is one of the fine dining restaurants located in the heart of Makati City, specifically at the 34th floor of Citibank Tower.

Overall, I was really disappointed. I had high expectations because 1) it’s chef jessie (!) and 2) it’s supposed to be a fine dining restaurant. There was literally like a family reunion across the place and we could hear them playing games and shouting, which totally ruined the whole ambiance of the place. Further, the waiter sounded bored when he was getting our orders and were not attentive if we needed more water or if our food was ready for dish out. They also did not explain the food they’re serving (which most fine dining restaurants do)- definitely not the service we expected. As for the food, we ordered the following:1. Spicy tuna salad- Thank God we ordered this, as this was the only good item out of all we had.2. Salmon sashimi- When they first served my order, it still literally had ice in it! I had to tell the waiter to replace it. :(3. Beef angus tenderloin- The waiter did not ask our preference for the doneness of the steak + quality wise, not worth the price. It was too mushy. This was the biggest disappointment of the night!4. Tiger prawns in thermidor sauce - this was so-so, nothing special. Definitely not a good experience for a chef jessie first timer. Hopefully we’ll have a better experience in their other restaurants once we have moved on from this night 😅

We had an anniversary dinner here with my boyfriend and tried their dinner set menu of the day. It was totally worth everything, the price, the food is scrumptious will never forget about their passion fruit sorbet! The lamb is really tender and the salmon is perfectly cooked! The staffs were polite, I asked them if there are any other options for their soup which happens to be tomato soup. And gladly, they offer shrimp bisque and mushroom soup. I did choose mushroom and it’s exemplary. All in all, a wonderful experience!
