A very small place which you'll not recognize immediately, but I love the place cause it's not crowded. Their menu is not the usual. Vodka float with a mix of a & w root beer something new in my taste bud, whilst their mocha frappe, I think the coffee is not that flavourful. The garlic bread on the Carbonara taste good. Their service is really quick!

As recommended by an officemate, we tried Tipsy Beans for lunch. The place is so small and cozy. It depicts a coffee shop vibe with all of its artwork and fancy writings on the wall and counters. Their menu ranges from regular rice meals to pasta to sandwiches to breakfast rice meals. Our orders came in a little after 30-40 freaking minutes. We had to keep on following it up. The only server/cashier says that our meal's being prepared already, it's just that there were a lot of customers. If you scan the place, there were only four people who ordered before us. The first of those four customers was able to finish her meal and had left the place already before we were even served. 👎🏼I ordered Adobo Flakes rice meal and it was okay. The meal itself will interest you since the sauce is on a shot glass. After all, it's your choice on how you wanna eat adobo. I was expecting a very hot meal since I had the impression that it's still being cooked hence the long wait. I like how dry the adobo flakes were but it lacks that salty taste. The rice seemed like it was cooked waaay early hence the not-so-hot-or-warm taste.

Been hearing (and reading) good reviews about this place and it's actually near my office so there's no reason not to pay a visit. It was Friday lunch and we're happy that we're the only customers when we arrived. We're so excited to choose among its unique menu since almost all is liquor-mixed. Plus, prices are very pocket-friendly too!20 mins after we ordered, we were given feedback that almost everything that we've picked were not available. They said they had no stock deliveries yet which was fine but what was really disappointing is that they should've have informed us beforehand. Their all-day breakfast menu didn't have eggs even! Sad for an egg fan like me :(As for the food, it was fine but nothing extraordinary. You just get what you pay for. Here are our orders:-Beer Battered Fish Fillet-Spam Tempura-Toasted Tuna Melt-Yummy BLT-Creamy Carbonara-Oreo MilkshakeOur original set of orders include Spicy Tuna Pesto, Adobo Flakes, Cheezy Steak Bomb, and Delish Tri-Cheese.I hope the service gets better because this place can really be a hit.

I gave them 1.5 star for this not because of their service nor the ambiance of the place but because the food is disappointing. Their best sellers are disappointing. I ordered adobo and it was to salty. I ordered milkshake and yet it seems like I drank milo. Sorry guys for the review it is what is :)

I'd definitely go back again! I love their choco jalapeno milkshake! It's one of a kind! The bacon milkshake is also delicious! Their grandma's baked macaroni is really nice :)

[first visit May, 2015]I went here with a friend, and it's a great place to have some minicelebration(bc I passed my summer class and she passed battery exam) slash catching up with a friend! A small but not crowded place with good music!I don't know what made us order sober drinks after tipsy drinks... Maybe because we were curious about the drink "Milo Godzilla" and "Bacon Milkshake"? All of it were good and satisfying. Coffee with a dash of liquor is a perf combination! Half to wake you up and half to make you sleep... Hahaha!Probably going back to try the Shark Infested and the Vootbear 😂 Awesome service because of approachable crews![2nd visit, June 2015]Tipsy beans is on my official list of cafe to visit when I just need to chill and have a little drink or just want to sit.My favorite spot is the window seat(well, of course, who would never want a window spot) where I can just see cars and people pass by which is relaxing when you're trying to drink a beverage of your choice. One the reasons why I love going to tipsy beans is that its menu satisfies any of my mood, I want a sober drink? They got it, I want coffee? They have it. I want a drink with dash of liquor? Of course, they do have it! The last time we got here we tried the coffee rocks, bacon milkshake, milo godzilla, tipsy frappe and their nachos as side snack. They're all good and affordable. This time, I tried their creamy carbonarra which comes with two garlic bread. I love that they put effort in making the dish presentable(and instagrammable) and looks so good. Yes, it's creamy and delicious! I love that they gave generous amount of bacon bits! The drink I tried this time is the VootBeer which intrigued me and friend last time. Vootbeer is a rootbeer with vodka. Expecting a not-so bad kick, I ordered it when I came ALONE. But as the first sip, damn, I suddenly remember the last time I drank a vodka. It was leaving a mark on my esophagus! But it was good! It will make you sip more and more even though it kicks you inside.Well, I love it here also because the crews were serving me well. Tipsy beans redefined your coffee and beverage experience for giving it a dash of liquor without you wanting to spit it. Experiments are surprisingly great, and this is one of my favorites. 😉I always love the thought of being alone... I went here at around 2PM and I am the only costumer. I think the place is packed during lunch, that's what the crew told their manager.

A nice nook for a quick grub and your caffeine needs. I recommend trying their sandwiches with your coffee for a quick snack and maybe try their pasta or a main dish if you want a more filling treat. Though the signature coffee blend is quite nice, I really like their Vietnamese Coffee specially the cold one that's laced with some sweet and creamy condensed milk. They have a tipsy line of food choices here as well, meaning drinks and grub that's spiked with some liquor. I really like the Milo Chupacabra (with tequilla) and the Irish Cream Coffee on the rocks.full feature on the blog - heftyfoodie.com/coffee-and-grub-nook-tipsy-beans-jupiter-makati-mandaluyong-pasig/

Depending on your alcohol tolerance, you won't get tipsy at tipsy beans since you can request the amount of alcohol you want on your drink.Yes, their coffee and other drinks can be infused with alcohol resulting to an amazing fusion of caffeine and alcohol. Tipsy beans is my place. You know how you get to a place and immediately feel right at home? That's how you'll once you step inside this small coffee shop located at bel-air makati. My favorite cold drink is their sharf infested blue lemonade. It's lemonade and it's blue - need I say more? Next to it is the Bacon Milkshake, not oily at all. Milkshake with bacon? Awesome! Their pastas, though I forgot the names all tasted so good that I can't really choose a favorite. Tipsy Beans is my place. Aint no dout about it.

Dined here with a friend to kill the time. I ordered the spicy tuna pesto pasta and bacon milkshake while my friend ordered the chocolate jalapeño milkshake. Unfortunately, my craving for pesto was not satisfied as I tasted too little basil in the pasta or none at all as the tuna was the dominating taste. I only ordered the bacon milkshake out of curiosity. It was neither good nor bad. It was like drinking a breakfast meal. I liked the chocolate jalapeño milkshake better. The chocolate was not too sweet and the kick of spice was just right--a little scratch in the throat perhaps. The strength of this coffee shop is the affordability of its menu items and food taste is good but nothing really special. The place is small; so if one wants to have a decent space in the coffee shop, better come during off peak hours. If I get the chance to visit Tipsy Beans again, I will order a chocolate jalapeño milkshake for myself.
