A most remarkable dining experience with delicious and innovative meals I have ever run into to in my own beloved home country. We'd the 5 training course degustation menus and every dish introduced to us was ideal. The lobster bisque has been intense and fullof taste, the 52 diploma egg was an event in itself,the ocean bass tartare had been a masterpiece of design, the pork belly has been divine and the highlight had been the fluffiest pistachio suffle I've ever endured paired with pistachio ice lotion and hot cardamom infused milk photo. I can do not delay - on with the grade of foods I discovered however the services was at par aswell! I extremely recommend to see this food trip to everyone who occurs to go to/live in Manila as soon as in their lifetime.

The meals was particularly good and a fantastic addition to the Manila food scene. I cherished some dishes a lot more than others howv that's simply personal preference, the product quality was exceptional through the entire meal.
