One of my favorite sandwiches in the metro today. With a variety of choices, you would really be suprised with it. I loved also their creamy carbonara here. Very plain but very flavorful. A perfect escape from the fast food around the vicinity. A healthier choice definitely. Everyone should try this. Good for breakfast or diet lunch.

When my wife and I could not think of a good dinner to eat, we would usually order from The Sandwich Guy. They have a good selection of sandwiches that are healthy and filling. Our favorites are Ultimate Roast Beef and Pollo Rosmarino.The Ultimate Roast Beef sandwich is generously overloaded with thin slices of smoky, tender and flavorful beef. Each bite is indeed heaven for all meat-lovers.The Pollo Rosmarino, meanwhile, contains hefty chunks of roast herbed chicken. What I like about it is that it is well-infused with fragrant herbs that add a mild flavor to the chicken meat.

Getting lost in Makati is an everyday thing for me and a friend of mine. Haha. I just started working around the area for a week now and, I'am still not familiar with the area. Which is bad especially when I need a quick food fix. Initially, we wanted to have some kebabs but the place we were initially going for was already closed. Boo. :( Then we stumbled onto this place. The place was pretty hard to find. It's on an old parking building but there are other establishments around it so, you'd find your way. Since we were still full from lunch, we decided to have some sandwiches for snacks. Not knowing what to get, I got the Chicken BBQ kind. I must say that it's pretty cool that they make the sandwhich where you can see it so atleast you'd know what going in your bread. 10mins waiting time and, it was done! The sandwich was fine. It was big and very filling but, I expected something more from the chicken. 100 pesos for it wasn't much of a shell out, tho. Would probably be coming back here for quick fixes. Plus the ppl who work there are pretty nice, too!

Cheap vegan option alert! Tofu BBQ sandwiches are great! Just ask for no mayo. There are also vegan pasta options like their Tommy Boy Pasta and Pesto Pasta as long as you tell them not to add cheese. P75 well spent :>
