It was my friends and I's first time to eat in The Red Crab last week. The tuna belly and Asian Pork Seafood Paella were undeniably superb. However, the rest were meh (esp. the crab and Baby Squid Sisig which did not live up with my expectations). Also, since it's our first time to go there, we only based our familiarity of the menu from what's specifically written in the menu posted here in website.Much to our surprise, the minimum order for tuna belly was 300g whilst for the crab was 850g - which weren't even specified in the menu. What was only written in the menu was Php 175/100g for tuna belly and Php 256/100g for the crab. We only intended to order 200g for tuna belly and 500g because we had tons of foods to order - pardon us for our lack of awareness. As I mentioned, it's our first time to go there. Well, in the end, we just went for 300g of tuna belly and 850g of crab in hopes they will be worth their price. Good thing the tuna belly was soooo good but as for the crab, it was unfortunately nothing splendid for its price. Oh, I will not forget how disappointing the halo-halo was which only had nothing but endless kaong (which badly overpowered everything), little scoops of Ube ice cream and milk (no special stuff like langka, pinipig or beans that a typical fancy halo-halo does have).Lastly, the staff there were not attentive. It was so difficult to approach them when we needed something. It took time for them to respond to our needs considering they were just watching the guys who were cleaning the ventilation thing (dunno what's it called) on the ceiling that looked very dusty and there were few people on that day.P.S. They only accept Mastercard and Visa cards, so to those who plan to pay using EPS cards (hello BPI red cardholders!), better bring some cash with you!

I was craving for Karekare, i never expected such dish to be available here in a Crab Restau! Ordered pork and seafood paella, and of course Kare Kare; dishes here were not only good for two..2-4 persons at least. So tasty, and really satisfied.. well recommended for persons who really want a good tummy food.

Sumptuous is an understatement for these food that we have one lunch time at The Red Crab. The place while we were there was not crowded yet so we have our choice of best spot to settle in.The staff were also attentive enough to give us our order correctly.

Very poor service.. the waiters pissed us off including the guy in the gray polo shirt uniform. We asked for condiments and it took us 3 follow ups. We ordered for carmen's ice cream, 3 attempts also. You need to follow up many times including for the drinking water.Even the food is great, the service is VERY POOR! The management should take actions on these perhaps. BAD EXPERIENCE indeed 😤😤😤Date visit: 2/17/2019 7PM

I really enjoyed my visit in Red Crab, Greenbelt. It’s quite pricey but their serving is very generous. We went there around 8:30 pm on a Monday night and there was no queue. Food was served in a very reasonable waiting time and was really satisfying. It’s a good place for family dinners, date nights, and everything in between. If you’re a seafood lover, you should not skip on Red Crab.

We visited last Feb 15 and they had a special menu since it was still "Valentine's" :) Their baked scallops are the bomb!! Their squid sisig is also delish and unique. Waiters and staff are courteous and attentive, too, which is a plus! Will definitely go back!

They were fast in getting our order however it took more than 20 minutes before it was served. I think they forgot to give our order to the kitchen crew. We ordered Laing with Crab Cake and Crab Pasta. The food was so-so. I would like to try their crab next time.

I wish I could say good things about the restaurant. Their menu had really interesting dishes. However, what was really disappointing was that we ordered at 6:26pm, by 7:15pm our main dishes haven't been served. That was almost one hour! That's unreasonable! A twenty minute waiting time would be ok. A thirty minute waiting time, forgivable. But FIFTY MINUTES of wait? A WASTE OF TIME (btw, what we waited for was our order of PANSIT and baked scallops). For a person who loves to eat out with family and friends, they lost a possible return customer (had the food and the experience been great).Disappointing.
